Golden Phoenix Hotel

I arrived in Beijing at midnight. Called the hotel upon alighting off the flight. The front desk customer service was very friendly and helpful. Arrange the pick up car. Soon the driver called me and picked me up. Car is Bucik, new, big and comfortable. Driver is a friendly young man and introduce me the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, they upgrade my room w/o any charge. I am so happy. The room is big with all equipment. The breakfast is buffet with various Chinese food and western food. They also sent me off to airport next day w/o any charge. Anyway, it is a extremely pleasant experience. If you want to stopover at BJ, highly recommend it! Friend stuff, good service and free pick up and drop off service.

我半夜抵达北京。下飞机后给酒店打电话。前台客户服务非常友好和乐于助人。安排接机车。很快，司机就打电话来接我了。车是Bucik，新，大，舒适。司机是个友善的年轻人，给我介绍了酒店。到达酒店后，他们免费升级了我的房间。我很高兴。房间很大，设备齐全。早餐为自助餐，有各种中餐和西餐。第二天他们还免费送我去机场。不管怎样，这是一次极其愉快的经历。如果你想在BJ停留，强烈推荐它！朋友的东西，服务很好，还有免费接送服务。

If you feel like homeless and looking for place to stretch in stead of sleeping in hard chair of noisy airport, snd this hotel is the only option then go for it. Horrible experience, smelly, outdated facilities, trip should audit this place and dtop to offer, 10 min of drive is the only positive thing

Very close to airport and shuttle is very convenient. Staff is very helpful and positive. Very good place for a family. Large room and very clean

Since i didnt have a china number i wasnt able to get an uber. but i contacted the hotel and they sent a car to pick me up and the next morning they dropped me off as well. so A+ for service :)

Good for one day stay. Hotel is old but cleanliness is good. Very near to the airport.

After having a flight canceled by Air China, this hotel was the only one close to the airport that could accomodate our group of 27 people. ||We were picked up at the airport and in 5 minutes we arrived at the hotel.||I read the reviews here and was quite scared about what to expect. After an easy check in, I went to my room (3305) and had a great surprise. It appears that it was just renovated. The hard floor was new, the sheets were white and really clean, the bed was comfortable, the furniture was nice. In summary, way better than the reviews here.||Of course, the bathroom is just ok, but for staying one night after a flight canceled, it is really good!

国航取消航班后，这家酒店是机场附近唯一一家可以容纳我们一行27人的酒店。 ||有人在机场接我们，5 分钟后我们就到达了酒店。||我读了这里的评论，对接下来会发生什么感到非常害怕。简单办理入住后，我走进自己的房间（3305），并得到了很大的惊喜。看来是刚刚装修过的。硬地板是新的，床单是白色的，非常干净，床很舒服，家具也很好。总结来说，比这里的评论好多了。||当然，卫生间也还可以，但是对于航班取消后住一晚来说，真的很不错了！

酒店大楼的外部装修还看得过去，但是客房内部就没有什么亮点。墙面有比较脏的污渍，窗帘也不太遮光，卫生间里面的毛巾不是很干净，有一股异味，洗漱用具的质量也很差，像是伪劣产品。服务员的态度不是很热情，爱理不理的，效率也比较低下。周围没有任何吃的，只能在酒店餐厅用餐，很坑爹。唯一比较好的地方就是离机场T3比较近，而且酒店提供免费的接送。

Stayed for one night due to Air China flight cancellation. ||||Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Very old room and bathroom is leaking and front desk would not help. Bed is incredibly uncomfortable. They claim it is a four-star hotel, but it's a lot worse than motel like Super 8 I stayed before. They provide shuttle every 40 minutes to one hour, but the shuttle bus is very dated and service was poor.||||If you are paying for the stay, try to somewhere else. Avoid at all cost if you can!

由于国航航班取消，在这里住了一晚。 ||||我住过的最差的酒店。房间很旧，浴室漏水，前台也无能为力。床非常不舒服。他们声称是四星级酒店，但比我之前住过的速8之类的汽车旅馆差很多。他们每 40 分钟到一小时提供一次班车，但班车非常陈旧，服务很差。||||如果您支付住宿费用，请尝试其他地方。如果可以的话，不惜一切代价避免！
