貼心的櫃檯小姐姐，除了幫我免費升等房型外，還拿出個人用的護手霜給我使用~讓我暖到心裡^^另外洗衣設備也很滿足多天需求，棒!

酒店地理位置很好，服務也很貼心熱情，每天都送了水果，早餐品種也比較豐富，可以選擇自己喜歡的品種，推薦。

1. Good downtown location. 2. Easy transportation access (take taxi, or take bus at the bus stop 100 yards away from hotel, to either Nanyang East Train Station or Nanyang Airport)3. Enjoy herb teas, water and snacks in the lobby.4. Good buffet breakfast where you can taste some local food.5. Be prepared for room door knocking twice a day: one in afternoon for fruit plate delivery, the other in the evening for a cup of soup.6. What most appreciated was that I received an additional service and special care: I checked out at a heavy rainy moment, no taxi and couldn’t walk to bus stop. To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service

1. 地理位置优越，位于市中心。2. 交通便利（可乘坐出租车，或在距离酒店100米的公交车站搭乘巴士前往南洋东火车站或南洋机场）。3. 大堂提供花草茶、饮用水和小吃。4. 自助早餐丰盛，可品尝当地美食。5. 每天会有两次敲门服务：一次是下午送水果拼盘，另一次是晚上送汤。6. 最令人惊喜的是酒店提供的额外服务和特别关怀：退房时正值暴雨，没有出租车，也无法步行前往公交车站。值班经理王磊先生立即将我的行李搬上他的车，开车送我到火车站，帮我赶上了火车。我四天的住宿体验以如此令人惊喜的VIP服务完美收官。

Room space and facilities were very new and convenient. It was very appreciated for providing free shuttle service to the high speed railway station.

房间和设施都很新很方便。酒店提供的往返高铁站的免费班车服务非常值得称赞。
