酒店地點很方便。前台、大堂、溫泉區、客房部工作人員的態度都很熱情友好。有接站服務，領隊很敬業，拍視頻告訴我如何出站，他們在哪裡等。酒店還送了很實用和實在的小禮物。早餐中規中矩。需要改進之處：清潔房間可以仔細點；我問一位工作人員問題，她以為我是導遊，顯得很不耐煩。就這兩點扣了一點分。

酒店前台及其他服务人员態度非常好，又送了小礼物。除了温泉的登记人员，我们去了兩次，多人及少人的时候也表现得不太耐烦。但温泉內的阿姨及工作人员卻非常有礼貌。房內毛巾很清潔。花洒只有從頭上洒下，没手持的，下午热水会時不時停。但總体感觉良好。

The rooms are nice and big but the shower head is not fully maintained. The food in the restaurant is so-so and tends to be very salty (but this tends to be in Northern China). However, the hot springs are crowded and well used. The decor is a little disappointing and not as high class as many hot springs in Japan. Things in China tend to look great from afar and just disappoints when up close.

The Jinshuihe International Hotel, located at 36 Tongchang Road, Chibei District.||.This hotel is very easy to find once you have driven through the city I was surprised to find such a hotel way out in the country, so to speak, absolutely amazing. There is certainly a lot of building and construction going on in the surrounding countryside and perhaps this hotel was proactively built for the new development? || Once you have taken in the outstanding facade of the building and enter you are immediately greeted by the hotel staff who direct you to the reception area across a very lavishly appointed entrance foyer. The booking in process was efficiently handled, sadly English is not easily understood by most of the staff but if there were any hard questions they were able to call in assistance. KX the front office manager who had spent several years in New Zealand and was able assist. We were on the fifth (non smoking) floor with a pleasant view to the west. The room was very comfortable, all the extras you would expect from in 5 star hotel in a major city, let alone way out in the country. Excellent big shower area, so plenty of room to move about without banging into the wall. Interesting position of the toilet roll holder, just off the floor, so it’s a bit of a reach if you are a tall person? There were not many people staying in the hotel at the time of our visit, but despite this, the staff provided us with an excellent evening meal and nice cold beer despite it being 9 pm. Breakfast also was well catered for with both Chinese and Western style food and beverages available and again most attentive staff in a huge room on the ground floor, usually used for big occasions I imagine, weddings, conferences etc. Unfortunately as we had driven about 650kms during the day from Shenyang were a bit tired so did not have a chance to explore the swimming pool or fitness area. I congratulate the staff at the Jinshuihe International Hotel, in Chibei for making my stay an enjoyable experience.

You can enjoy 5-star Quality with only Y350-400 per night during this X’mas. Location is not perfect but easy to access taxi in front of the hotel entrance. ||||A basket of fresh fruit free at your big big room. Comfortable shower with full set of toiletry is available during your stay. Free water and milk is offer at your room. Chinese Buffet with a great variety of choices available!||||Very comfortable stay.

We stayed here for next day visit to Changbai Mountain. Although the hotel is rated as 5 star, it doesn't have 5 star amenities. The room is clean but is not decked out as 5 star hotel, but is is so near Changbai Mountain making the trip easy access. There are very little family shops near the area, so do prepare to bring some food or it is very costly. The hotel staff is nice and the air quality is excellent around the area.
