房间比较大，干净，据说新开没多长时间。位置在开发区，离火车站差不多三十分钟。主要在市区办事的就别住这儿了。大多来这都是开会休闲的，会议室也不错。消费比较高，包间号称人均八百起，没去过。

The hotel is around 40 mins from Changchun airport. Hotel rooms are really nice, free wifi, and has a breakfast buffet. However staff spoke little to no English. They are able to offer an extended checkout time until 1pm (standard checkout time is 12pm) and can book you a taxi for the airport.

酒店距离长春机场约40分钟车程。房间很不错，提供免费无线网络和自助早餐。不过，酒店员工的英语水平有限，甚至不太会说英语。酒店提供延时退房服务，退房时间可至下午1点（标准退房时间为中午12点），并且可以帮您预订出租车前往机场。

Fine hotel located somewhat remotely but easy to get to. Very good Japanese restaurant and an relatively big indoor beergarten with the 1 liter beer glasses. Second for free. I would go there again. Only that needs fixing is the automated piano in lobby only plays one out if ten notes.

Situated in Changchun’s high-tech district, about 15 minutes’ walk from the Beihai Lu metro station, the Hehe hotel is a quirky and welcoming establishment. It features a modest garden that the staff take evident pride in maintaining, banqueting halls, a swish teppanyaki bar that tucks cheaper Japanese food options into the back of its menu, an oppressively loud “German” beer restaurant, a reasonably priced barber’s shop, and an indoor golf practice range.||||The breakfast menu is oddly wide-ranging, and runs to the usual staples, as well as pizza, Hungarian goulash and Wiener schnitzels. No, I don’t know why, either. One imagines a nightmarish former customer, loudly complaining that his breakfast doesn’t have enough pizza in it, and baffled Chinese staff racing to comply and forgetting to take them off the menu thereafter. There is real coffee from a grinding machine, which is much appreciated.||||The lobby bar only serves tea and coffee, although it manages to scare away most customers anyway with a 24-hour repetition of a single Richard Clayderman tune on an automated piano. It must drive the staff mad, which probably explains the indoor golf range and the breakfast pizza. ||||I never had to wait more than two minutes for a taxi, which put the whole city within easy reach.||||The only real issue with my stay was the recurring failure of the room cards to actually open the room locks. One time out of every two, I would discover that either the battery had failed on my lock, or that the room card had simply ceased to function, necessitating a trip down to reception, or a gaggle of chambermaids faffing with a safety pin to prise off the keyhole cover and resort to old-world technology. I don’t think it’s too much to ask that guests can actually get into their rooms when they want to more than 50% of the time. By the fifth occasion this occurred, it had transformed from an irritation into a fiasco.||||I did make friends with a lot of fellow guests, commiserating at reception about yet another trip to reformat our cards, but one hopes the hotel will remedy this technology failure before it starts costing them clients.

位于长春高新区，距离北海路地铁站步行约15分钟，和河酒店是一家风格独特、热情好客的酒店。酒店内设有一个维护得当、略显简朴的花园，员工们显然对此引以为豪；此外还有宴会厅、一家装潢时尚的铁板烧酒吧（菜单背面隐藏着一些价格更亲民的日式料理）、一家喧闹嘈杂的“德国”啤酒餐厅、一家价格合理的理发店以及一个室内高尔夫练习场。||||早餐菜单种类繁多，除了常见的早餐之外，还有披萨、匈牙利炖牛肉和维也纳炸肉排。说实话，我也不知道为什么会有这些。我仿佛看到一位噩梦般的顾客大声抱怨早餐里的披萨不够多，而一脸茫然的中国员工手忙脚乱地照做，结果却忘了把这些菜从菜单上撤下来。这里有现磨咖啡，这让人非常满意。||||大堂酒吧只供应茶和咖啡，不过自动钢琴24小时循环播放着理查德·克莱德曼的一首曲子，吓跑了大部分顾客。这肯定让员工们抓狂，或许这就是室内高尔夫练习场和早餐披萨的由来吧。||||我打车从来没等超过两分钟，所以去哪儿都很方便。||||入住期间唯一的问题是房卡经常打不开房门。每两次开门，我就会发现要么是锁的电池没电了，要么是房卡彻底失效了，不得不跑到前台，或者让一群客房服务员费劲地用别针撬开钥匙孔盖，用老式的开门方式。我认为，要求客人能够按时进入房间，而不是只能在超过一半的时间里都能成功，并不算过分。这种情况发生了五次之后，已经从令人恼火变成了彻底的灾难。我的确和很多其他客人成了朋友，大家一起在前台抱怨又要跑一趟去重新格式化信用卡，但真心希望酒店能在失去客户之前解决这个技术故障。
