长春宏汇凯悦酒店

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

我和我的朋友们在酒店度过了愉快的时光。工作人员特别乐于助人。特别感谢杰森，他确保我们的需求得到满足 - 鉴于我们今天要赶早班飞机，他甚至不遗余力地用自己的手机协助我们订购早餐！前台Miya和Ivy也很乐于助人！管家也做得很好，我要求多瓶矿泉水的要求也得到了满足，无论一天中的什么时间。我要说的唯一缺点是正在进行的建筑工程 - 也就是说，必须这样做，以便酒店可以为客人提供更好的服务。如果再来长春我还会再次入住酒店！谢谢！

母亲节带妈妈在旁边牡丹园闲逛，看到Hyatt就在旁边，于是一时兴起想着带妈妈体验一下下午茶，而且自己曾经在东莞凯悦实习过，对于凯悦的感情非常浓烈，我一直认为Hyatt是最好的酒店品牌，也是我从事酒店行业这么多年的标杆，但今天的经历却让我太失望了（也可能是我期望过高），下面是整个体验的过程，供大家参考，也希望能让酒店的管理者好好思考一下该如何提供服务：1.我首先打电话到大堂吧询问是否可以现在过去享用微信商城里的套餐，一个男waiter告知我可以的，另外还有一款新推出的牡丹套餐，不过都要等大约一个小时，因为他们都是现场制作的，需要出品时间，我说好的，等我过去去选，留下我的姓名电话后，做好预定，此番通话结束；2.我带着妈妈走进大堂（不愉快的感受由此开始），大厅没有任何的CON、GSMorGRO，我就自己走到靠门的第一个台子那，从我走过去就有两个男员工在讨论什么，但二位没有给我任何的eyecontact，更别说微笑，且在我到达conter询问lobbybar位置时，一个男员工只是口头说了一句前方左转，没有任何的手势指引，也没有出来带我去的意思，我就说是不是那个门对着的地方，他说了句是，就又自顾自的和另一个男员工聊起来，难道因为我带的老人穿着朴素，我们就不配来消费吗，酒店人最起码的礼貌问候都没有，从头到尾没一句“您好”，“请问有什么需要帮助的”类似的话术，我都在怀疑，这还是我心里的那个Hyatt吗……3.到达lobbybar，那个男孩和我确认了预定后，将我和母亲带到我们自己选的位置，也礼貌的提醒一会太阳会晒过来（这是唯一觉得不错的员工），随后就没见过这个男孩，一会儿来了一个女孩，和我说因为牡丹套餐下午茶预定的比较多，所以配套的盛器没有了（那为什么电话里还要推呢），我也就没为难服务人员，只说用其他漂亮一些的也可以，主要老人喜欢就好，但我觉得是不是也要表示一下歉意，毕竟这不是顾客的问题，之后我们等待上产品期间是我主动和waiter说先上两杯柠檬水吧，我们也不能干等着，等到茶点上来后，我看到盛器也就是平时用的三节架，也没什么特别，给我盘子和叉子也没有分开摆，而是罗着就放那了（不知道是不是现在就是这种上餐标准），纸巾也是我自己要的才给上，中间茶壶缺水，我说了三次才给我们添加，中间还没上完所有东西的时候就有一个女孩拿着Pose找我来结账，难道是早班下班要扎帐吗？还是怕我负担不起，我不知道现在的结账标准也变了吗，我看旁边是先消费后买单，我是接受了一次特殊服务吗！！！最后，在我们走的时候也没有任何人说慢走或期待您下次再来，上餐结束时也没有祝福用餐愉快的话术，母亲节也没有对老人的祝福！！！以上两点就是我的整个经历，虽然我消费不高，但从服务的角度和希望Hyatt保持自己的形象口碑的想法上，我还是希望贵酒店管理层能够重视员工的服务意识和状态，BrandStander也不是摆设，该有的还是要有的，毕竟每个消费者都是潜力股，现在的市场环境真诚才是能够留下客户最有效的法宝！！！

Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun! The morning buffet at the Market Cafe was a highlight, featuring a delicious array of options. A special thanks to Amy Liu for her exceptional service, ensuring our picky toddler enjoyed tasty pastries and fresh fruit each day. Highly recommend!

Great service at front desk. Special thanks to James and another 2 ladies who attended to me. It is a pity that I did not note down their names. And also a big thank you to the staff on duty at the gym/pool, her name is Ms Jiang, who helped picked up my mobile phone which I have misplaced. She kept it for me until I returned to search for it.

The location is very convenient. There is a metro station just in front of the hotel and a very big shopping center across the street. The service is great! The food in the Chinese restaurant was really delicious.

位置非常方便。 酒店前面就有一个地铁站，街对面有一个非常大的购物中心。 服务很棒！ 中餐厅的饭菜真的很好吃。

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

我喜欢这家酒店的一些事情以及一些可以改进的事情。1。酒店很好，床很舒服，正如预期的那样 2 。离购物中心很近，那里有很多美味的食物/餐馆。 3. 酒店旁边就有地铁，如果你选择乘地铁的话，非常方便。 4. 早餐有中式和西式的，很棒。我通常吃煎蛋、烤面包、咖啡和果汁。我们的空气净化器出了问题，要求有人来修理，但似乎无法修理，然后他们又回来了，因为使用了 5 分钟后它又坏了。我们要求换一个，一开始他们一直说不可能坏了，但它确实坏了。最后他们换了，但他们浪费了我们的时间，我们想早点睡觉而不是让他们和我们一起呆在房间里。这种服务应该改进。他们应该把它拿走并固定在其他地方，不要打扰客人。

The best hotel in the beautiful city, Especially Margaret who checked me in, she introduced the hotel facilities and included benefits to me in detail, she was very friendly, the room was spacious, bright, clean and hygienic, in short, it made me feel very comfortable.

美丽城市里最好的酒店，尤其是帮我办理入住的玛格丽特，她详细的给我介绍了酒店的设施，包括福利，她很友善，房间宽敞明亮，干净卫生，总之让我很满意感觉很舒服。
