长春香格里拉大饭店

老牌五星級酒店，燈光非常香格理拉，前台服務員態度熱誠，還將我們的房間升級，雖然感覺不了房間有什麼分別，但是贈送了水果、飲料及小吃。大床枕頭非常舒適，睡得非常好。另外健身室設施非常專業，史密夫機及各部位的單關節機器應有盡有。

酒店的環境一流，打車很方便，出門就是巴士站或者附近有地鐵站，去哪裏都很方便。酒店房間非常舒適，是我多日旅遊睡得最好的一晚，最重要的是氣溫適中，而且房間很寬敞。前台的服務非常專業和有耐性，做事很有效率，尤其是酒店的高級經理Crystal 能說流利英語，更難給外地的旅客留下好印象。酒店會給外送水果很貼心。

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. Safety measures were excellent and the staff ensured a secure environment. The internet was reliable, beds were comfortable, and room lighting was just right. The pleasant aroma in the hotel added a nice touch. The food was delicious, and the wine selection was impressive very good quality. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and added value to my stay. Staff responses were prompt and efficient. 长春香格里拉酒店位于重庆路之西段与西安大路交汇处的繁华商区，紧邻卓展广场与万达隔路相望，长春站距酒店数公里十几元打车费，有一些伪满时期建筑位于周边，步行十分左右可达人民广场。豪华阁不大但酒廊设施保养得不错，客房的面积较为秀气，工作人员服务响应较快，酒店一层参咖啡早餐菜品丰富各餐台大厨们的热情印象深刻，早餐的开放时间长5:30到10:00，相当好之酒店，适合于商务及家庭旅行。

Still remember my first trip to Changchun, I stayed in Shangrila. Nothing much has changed, except that whole Shangrila group reduced their breakfast standards slightly (fresh celery juice was the only fresh juice available, rest came out of the bottle made from concentrate and only garnished with some fruit slices). But that remains the only criticism, service was excellent and while the hotel has come “towards a certain age”, all was well maintained with a good sauna with very friendly and helpful staff.The 4 stars from cleanliness came from restaurant impression, the room was flawless. And I should add, that the hotel was very busy, so was the restaurant. I believe during normal business days, that point should also show 5 points.I will come again for sure! Also because of the location with lots of restaurants and bars around!

还记得我第一次去长春，住在香格里拉。没有什么太大变化，只是整个香格里拉集团稍微降低了早餐标准（新鲜芹菜汁是唯一可用的新鲜果汁，其余的都是浓缩果汁，只用一些水果片装饰）。但这仍然是唯一的批评，服务非常好，虽然酒店已经“到了一定的年龄”，但一切都维护得很好，有一个很好的桑拿浴室，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。四星级的清洁度来自于餐厅的印象，房间完美无瑕。我应该补充一点，酒店非常繁忙，餐厅也是如此。我相信正常营业的时候，这个点应该也会显示5点。我一定会再来的！也因为周围有很多餐馆和酒吧的位置！

I was the project management team on this hotel between 1994 Aug to 1995 until topping up of structural works. It started in 1993 with the basement works. Mr Robert kuok visited us in mid 1995 for the topping up ceremony

中規中矩。符合品牌要求的基本設施、環境和服務，除此之外，再無其他。看得出來是個有些年歲的酒店了，大堂的裝潢還是很氣派的，入住的時候是聖誕節前後，氣氛烘托頗為到位。大窗看出去就是街道，景觀什麼的被堆滿貌似寫字樓還是連鎖酒店啥的建築遮得完完全全，但相信就算開陽也沒啥可看的~~
