At first glance, the hotel room looks nice. It’s quite large. But on closer inspection it feels dirty. There is a faint musty smell in the bedroom area and very strong musty smell in the bathroom area. There are portions of the carpet that looked extremely dirty and unclean. I am thankful we are only staying 1 night, as it just feels dirty. We came into our room with it at 28° Celsius. Turned the AC on high and now, 30 min later, it’s at 27°. Hopefully, it continues to go down. Not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. It feels like it was a 4 star hotel 5-10 years ago but they didn’t keep up with it. Based on the room we are in, I think even 3 stars may be too generous.

The room we booked is huge and have many cable channels on television. I like the pillow as it is not that soft like other hotel pillow which is good to support my neck. The location is good as there is a mall opposite of this hotel. I like the breakfast too as it suits my taste with the noodle and rice. The restaurant serving breakfast is big and have many table and seats. The only drawback is the table maybe far away from the food served which you may walk a bit to get the food. Overall, I enjoyed staying for one night in this hotel very much.

I think they could improve on their air conditioning. It's really hot. N takes a whole night to cool down. But I guess this is the way china is headed towards in terms of controlling their electricity utilization. Might be better to come when the weather is cooler even though it's pretty cloudy with light drizles throughout the day.

The room is very dark, toilet a bit dirty, hair dryer mulfunction, very uncomfortable!! Not even worth for 3 star. 整个酒店，走廊和房间都很阴暗，厕所有怪味，吹风筒会漏电不能用，整体住宿体验很不舒服，连3星的评价都不值得。

As the title suggests, the dirty, tired, dated and super smelly rooms let this hotel down. The hotel foyer, cafes, restaurants are a 4star rating - never been sick, or got sick eating their - breakfast, lunch or dinner. OK this will make you laugh ...... At check-in, the reception staff are quick to remind you that the rooms are strictly non-smoking - RIGHT! So, the first thing you notice when you get into your room, other than the filthy carpet is the strong smell of cigarette smoke, which seems to be impregnated into all the furnishings and linens. Also, when you shower - cigarette butts come floating out from behind the bath. We were lucky to get the AC to work. The beds were hard. No issue with the staff though. Noodle bar was the best thing in the cafe/restaurant.

Large restaurant and lobby, decor very modern. We were told by our tour guide that this hotel is owned by the government, thus, when you check into your room, make sure everything is there. I.e. cushion on bed, beddings, etc., If something is missing, notify the front desk immediately to avoid charges later that will apply to you after check out. Free wifi. We had the breakfast buffet, food is "okay", some milk / soy products tasted more like chemicals and oil the use to stir fries noodles were odd and tasted again more like chemicals and very oily, would try other hotel in town if return

Got booked in this hotel as a member of the US Wushu Team, so I didn't book it myself. Was told it was 5 star hotel, but this hotel has 2 buildings. Building 8 which is somewhat newer and got the 5 star rating but it was sneezed/attached to this older Building 6 that I got stuck in. The beds were hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. The AC didn't work which they said was turned off because of the season, yet the lobby was nice and cool while rooms were unbearably hot. Other members of the team had mold in their rooms. The rooms sometimes smelled as if the sewer was backing up. And when the US Team paid to put in a formal complaint they were told that the hotel even though combined with the older building has an over all rating of 5 stars and that the mold problems was common in this area. Worst 5 days of the trip!!!! No one from my group of 8 even enjoyed the food at the freeway buffet... We went and ate out... BEWARE when booking.. You might get stuck in Building 6 of what used to be Sunshine Express but was changed and combined into 5star!!!

Nice place with lots of room. The lobby area is large and places where you can kick back and chill. They have a restaurant downstairs that's OK. Its convenient and part of the hotels perks but there are plenty of places nearby that are really good. The rooms were fine. Clean and tidy, but nothing special. Location is close by to quite a few things to do. ||Walmart is an experience in itself.
