峨眉山上舍酒店

上舍酒店特别有特色，禅意溢满酒店，大堂和楼道大大小小的佛像随处可见。房间非常干净整洁，面积很大有40平方米左右，设备都很新。环节幽静，可以好好地懒睡，绝不会被吵醒。就是只有早餐，正餐只能去外边吃有点不方便。

中秋前去的，因为在峨眉山脚下找不到饭店（好的太贵，便宜的又看不起），所以进峨眉城找到这家新建的饭店----原来在到峨眉山城中区路过的号称亚洲最大佛教禅院门口！边上有一家老牌饭店叫“华生酒店”，从路边绕一个叫“易镇”的古建筑群200多米业就到一桥，桥那边居然又是一个叫“象城”的古镇。到这后，路上的吵杂就完全听不到了，感觉桥一隔，就离附近的繁华区很久远了。| 古镇中间立一处颇为宏伟的贴金四面佛，佛象对面就是大佛禅院的入口，写有“朝圣起点”，里面一条长长的小镇，边上一个十足丽江样式的店面写着“上舍禅意酒店”。| 进这店的门，大堂面对就是一佛，供着香；遇到服务员倒也很热情，长相干净且纯朴的那种，其中一位经理模样的人就带进房参观，一通介绍，一个地方倒说了10多处装饰的佛教含义！反正到处是各种佛的装饰和佛书，我们住的一间标间叫“山峰天”，一问，说是禅院的大师父起的，房间画册中说饭店的选建、开业都是请高僧开的光。| 各处细节上的雕饰做功很讲究，特别是咖啡厅和院中的小池和露天茶坐。一中年女人正自得地看一画册，一瞥，是佛教画册。总之，四星级的设施达得到，现在的新店在设计上很讲求舒适。我觉得饭店闹中取静，有点进禅房的感觉。| 反正我母亲很是欢喜，立即去拜了店里的佛，又带着我小孩出门看那尊更大的佛。小家伙却硬拉着要看边上的河里面有没有"螃蟹"什么的。进小镇500多米，就到了大佛禅院的大门，10多米高，进去后才知道什么叫“亚洲最大”和“十方从林”，整600多亩地，三大莲池，我们走了几人小时都没有走完...........晚上,坐一"三轮"就到城中繁华区,吃的选择性很大,价格嘛比景区的确实要便宜!| 总之,因为老人家腿脚不好的原因,我们出来就怕爬山什么的,希望不要那么累,突个安逸和清闲,这处地方倒省了心,觉得不错.哎呀,打字好麻烦,就不说了,有空自已体验去哈.

酒店就是以前的寺庙的一部分建成的,房间很大很有禅意,窗外的风景如诗如画,房里的家具都很有特色,让人喜欢,没事可以去外面散步很不错

酒店装修的非常有特色，有品位，服务也很好。|尤其是酒店的装饰，很有特色，也很有韵味。|价格也比较便宜，我和朋友都感觉非常不错。

酒店的地理位置不错,酒店的内部装修很有风格,整个酒店很安静,酒店的服务人员很到位,酒店的房间很大很舒适,紧靠着大佛禅院,去那很方便

My friend and I had a twin room which was very large and nicely decorated. The staff do not speak English, but they are patient with broken Chinese. They are friendly and ready to help.||The rooms are very clean and offer a good amount of amenities and fast wireless internet in the rooms. ||The hotel is next to some good places to eat and offers some good Sichuan snack food. It is also next to a large temple and many things to see. ||They offer a breakfast and it is alright, a typical Chinese breakfast food. Not terrible, just not the best breakfast. We ate, enjoyed it and carried on with our journey to leshan mountain.

我和我的朋友住的是一间双床房，房间很大而且装饰得很漂亮。工作人员不会说英语，但他们很耐心地讲着蹩脚的中文。他们很友好，随时准备提供帮助。||房间非常干净，提供大量的设施和快速的无线网络。 ||酒店旁边有一些不错的吃饭的地方，提供一些不错的四川小吃。它也毗邻一座大寺庙，有很多值得一看的地方。 ||他们提供早餐，还可以，典型的中式早餐。不可怕，只是不是最好的早餐。我们吃饱了，享受了，然后继续我们的乐山之旅。

Stayed at the Upper Zen (or ShangShe in pinyin mandarin) hotel based on the earlier positive reviews here. Was not disappointed. It was a nice and relatively new modern hotel which is located on the edge of the Dafuo Temple in Emeishan town.||||To be clear, it is not staying in a monastery. (Sometimes these can be really spartan). Upper Zen is a modern boutique hotel. Small efficient front desk, breakfast restaurant and nicely appointed rooms. Dark wood and warm lighting for a quiet and serene ambiance befitting the location.||||Breakfast was included in our rate (via ctrip.com). We had to leave early on the last morning to head up emeishan and their restaurant would not have been open. They were most accommodating and packed a simple takeaway bag for us the night before.||||Since it is located near temple grounds, it is great for strolling around. Within 5-10 mins, there is a traditional chinese theatre, walking street and other attractions. If you leave the grounds in the other direction across the bridge, there is a large circular public park where the locals gather for the evening activities. ||||Food is within a 5-10 min walk away. The region is a new development which means the hustle and bustle typical of chinese cities has not quite arrived. Peaceful and desirable in my book. don't expect KTV lounges and massage parlours nearby. Instead, look forward to a calm and collected family environment.

We stayed at the Upper Zen Hotel in Emei City while visiting Emeishan and Leshan, for 3 nights. Approx 10 minute taxi ride to Baguo village (park entrance for Mount Emei).||Stayed in the business double room, breakfast inclusive.||Location: approximately 30 min walk from the bus station, recommend taking a taxi. Very close to Dafo Temple, which is very impressive. It is a new-ish hotel in a new development which is very impressive looking, but mostly not open yet and fairly deserted both day and night while we were there! Poorly signed- if you find the elephant city statue, it's behind this (on your right).||Accessibility: hotel has stairs and a lift. Note, the hotel wouldn't book us a taxi as they said they were unable to phone taxis in Emei City, so to get a taxi meant walking out to the main roads (about 400m) and trying to hail a cab, which can be variably difficult in Emei City.||Reception: minimal English, generally unfriendly (can be quite common in Chinese hotels); check-in mostly ok though.||Rooms: pros - quiet, very spacious, AC, wi-fi. Newish rooms with complementary water. Cons - only moderately clean (common for Chinese hotels also); lots of mould in the shower. Bed awfully uncomfortable - springs sticking into us! Some of the room lights not working. No safe. Fridge unplugged (?to save electricity); we were able to plug it in and get it working by moving some furniture.||Breakfast: mostly Asian-style. Although breakfast is meant to start from 7am, if the hotel is quiet they will only bother to get things out when people come down. Some toast and eggs / meat (?spam) brought to our table along with watermelon and coffee. They were very kind to give us each take-away breakfasts which were made up for us on the day we left at 6am to climb the mountain.||Overall: ok hotel with pros and cons, would probably stay again if the rest of the new development was open, as it will likely be a lot more busy and fun area.

我们在游览峨眉山和乐山期间，在峨眉市上禅宾馆住了三个晚上。打车约10分钟到八果村（峨眉山公园入口）。||入住商务大床房，含早餐。||位置：距离公交车站步行约30分钟，建议打车。离大佛寺很近，很气派。这是一家新开发的酒店，看起来非常令人印象深刻，但大部分还没有开放，我们在那里的时候白天和晚上都相当荒凉！标志很差——如果你找到大象城雕像，它就在它的后面（在你的右边）。||无障碍设施：酒店有楼梯和电梯。请注意，酒店不会为我们预订出租车，因为他们说他们无法在峨眉市打电话叫出租车，所以要叫出租车就得步行到主干道（约400m）并试图叫出租车，这可以峨眉市的接待工作很困难。||接待人员：英语水平很低，总体上不友好（在中国酒店中很常见）；不过登记入住基本上还可以。||房间：优点 - 安静、非常宽敞、有空调、无线网络。新的房间有免费的水。 缺点——清洁度还算一般（中国酒店也很常见）；淋浴间有很多霉菌。床非常不舒服——弹簧粘在我们身上！有些房间的灯不亮。没有保险箱。冰箱电源插头拔掉（？为了省电）；我们能够通过移动一些家具来插入电源并使其工作。||早餐：主要是亚洲风格。虽然早餐是从早上7点开始，但如果酒店很安静，他们只会在人们下来的时候才费力去拿东西。一些吐司和鸡蛋/肉（？垃圾邮件）连同西瓜和咖啡一起带到了我们的餐桌上。他们很友善地给我们每人送了外卖早餐，这些早餐是我们早上6点出发去爬山的那天给我们准备的。||总体来说：还不错的酒店，有优点也有缺点，如果剩下的时间可能会再次入住新开发项目已开放，因为它可能会成为更加繁忙和有趣的区域。
