Zhizhu Hot Spring Resort

位置很方便，轉彎便到大街，很多美食；酒店管家很貼心，每事都能解答。每天酒店都會送生果和下午茶。房間很大，特別露台的獨立溫泉池，空間也很大，小孩子很喜歡在那裏玩水。雖然早餐食物種類不是很多，但足夠享用，湯麵煮得很好，連續兩天都吃。唯一是飲料能有果汁會更好。房間設施雖然有點舊，但也有新穎的設備，在酒泉酒店的特色和設備使用上互補不足。

【人员服务】很久没有这种体验了，只有办理入住、退房以及早餐的时候有人主动问好，其余时候进出前台就抬一下眼皮，就没有了。停车场也是，很小，周五到了晚上十点过吧，车位还很充足，并没有保安指挥或者问是否住店需要提供帮助，周六晚上回来车位满了，保安直接拦车说没有停车位，最开始还没有主动引导停路边，整个就感觉是自助入住。给人错觉是除了餐厅，其他好像都没有接受过什么培训？|【隔音问题】周天早上七点开始一直有异响，让人烦躁。|【酒店配套】整个酒店较小，没有提供什么活动安排，早餐可选择不多，酒店公共温泉只有外面几个池子，房间内设施也维护一般，minibar东西不多且都收费。|【一点优点】但地理位置较好，离峨秀湖很近，散步过去很方便。公共池子白天还有专人清洗。

我們一行人，三間房間都十分乾淨，環境優美，早上能看到美麗的河景。餐廳打烊了也能讓客人自帶食物去餐廳享用，更有服務生特地幫忙招待。另外招待人員態度和藹，十分友善。由其是管家小周由我入住之前已經和我聯繫，幫我打點好房間，推薦餐廳，行程，實在是十分細心，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。

I loved my stay in the hotel. The staff welcomed So warmly & showed me the whole hotel. The room was amazing and the hot spring mindblowing!!! 💓💓💓 I have been in a lot of hotels but this one is the best so far ! Vivi (hotel staff) always answered every of my questions (in English) within a few seconds via WeChat and arranged my whole trip to the top of emai mountain: even though I was to late to buy a ticket for the cable car, she showed me what other options I have and arranged everything so nicely according to my wishes. This has been just fantastic🥰🥰🥰 I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to visit emai & especially to foreigners! 👍👌 @vivi: thank you so so much for this wonderful weekend & hope to see you again 👋👋

Very clean and great service. Restaurant did not serve western food and had to travel to a different hotel for meals. Manager did notice and offered to serve sandwiches, great little add-on. Hot springs are only open 11am-11pm. As a holiday resort I would have liked it being open all the time, getting into the hot spring to see the sunrise… especially since the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities besides the hot springs. The personal hot tub on the balcony looks nice but is not a very useful feature as the water is actually lukewarm and gets cold fast. Overall I am very happy with this clean, fancy hotel. And a big thank you to all the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

非常干净而且服务很棒。餐厅不提供西餐，不得不前往另一家酒店用餐。经理确实注意到了，并提出提供三明治，很棒的小附加服务。温泉仅在上午 11 点至晚上 11 点开放。作为一个度假胜地，我希望它一直开放，进入温泉看日出……特别是因为酒店除了温泉之外不提供任何设施。阳台上的私人热水浴缸看起来不错，但并不是一个非常有用的功能，因为水实际上是微温的，很快就会变冷。总的来说，我对这家干净、豪华的酒店非常满意。非常感谢所有竭尽全力让我们住得愉快的员工。

We booked a night here to have a relaxing evening following a couple days of hiking at Emeishan. The hotel manager Arthur went above and beyond to take care of us. Beautiful room, fantastic hot springs, both in the room and on the ground floor. A great place to unwind after exploring the nearby area, we will definitely be coming back. Some of the best service I have received at a hotel in all my travels. Highly recommended!

在峨眉山徒步几天后，我们在这里预订了一晚，度过一个轻松的夜晚。酒店经理亚瑟竭尽全力照顾我们。房间很漂亮，房间里和一楼都有很棒的温泉。这是探索附近地区后放松身心的好地方，我们一定会回来的。这是我在所有旅行中在酒店获得的最好的服务。强烈推荐！

Outstanding personalized Service , Clean Rooms, Excellent amenities - Great team overall. Thanks to Arthur who was very supportive. Family friendly and easy to visit Emeishan tourists areas. Hot springs in each room and common areas which is great. My family enjoyed with delicious vegetarian food options as well.
