Hotel is within easy walk from the bus stop. Buffet breakfast has a good selection. This is the only hotel in the area that caters for foreigners. Check in disappointing as we did not get our room till 4pm and they were very hard not allowing late check out

酒店位於西嶺雪山，上索道前沒有電梯。我們一家搬行李上索道十分吃力。一路搬一路萬般後悔約了映雪。位置山上最近廣場的地方，酒店三樓還可以通往廣場超級方便。之前見別人說裝修很差很舊設備。但見應該新裝修，十分驚喜萬意。早餐滿多選擇！

A great hotel in the mountains! It felt very  luxurious! Our rooms were amazing, big, clean, great heating with a lovely huge bath! Just what you need after skiing! It was super close to where the shuttle drops you off! The food was very good. All Chinese, but nice! The dinner was great, 80¥ all you can eat. The other food at the top of the mount wasn’t great, so would recommend the hotel restaurant. They didn’t speak much English, but translation apps worked fine. Make sure you enquire about the hot springs! It’s part of the hotel, and you get them dirt cheap! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!!

山上的一家很棒的酒店！感觉非常奢华！我们的房间很棒，又大又干净，暖气很棒，还有一个可爱的大浴缸！这正是您滑雪后所需要的！离班车下车的地方超级近！食物非常好。都是中国人，但是很好！晚餐很丰盛，80元吃饱。山顶的其他食物不太好，所以推荐酒店的餐厅。他们不太会说英语，但翻译应用程序运行良好。一定要询问温泉的情况！这是酒店的一部分，而且价格非常便宜！总的来说，我强烈推荐这家酒店！

房間老舊有霉味，馬桶陈年尿垢，浴缸破舊花了1840 RMB ，卻是這樣的感受！

Location is amazing and the hotel is fine, but the service is not too good. My room didn't have a heater and nobody responded to my claim.

位置很棒，酒店也不错，但服务不太好。我的房间没有加热器，没有人回应我的要求。
