The service is top notch! Been arranging the room for deco and flower delivery to the hotel, the front desk manager 陈辉 without a second thought share me his WeChat, on top of it he even take photos after the the deco was done, as i was travelling from Jiuzhaiguo to chengdu by car, he even follow up with me just to make sure everything is in place properly. Bad point: the hotel front door is currently under renovation, therefore the road signs and map is invalid, they will lead you to the basement carpark and enter from the side door, DO NOT go there, the place is stink and inconvenient, just stop by the roadside and enter before the renovation place. The room conditions also look old, the wall paper is peeling off, the mirror is stained, shower area using a metal to cover the drainage. Additional perks, never worry about order delivery, they have special robots to deliver right to your door step.

服务是一流的！一直在安排房间装饰和送花到酒店，前台经理陈辉不假思索地给我分享了他的微信，而且装饰完成后他还拍了照片，因为我是从九寨沟去的成都开车，他甚至跟踪我只是为了确保一切都到位。 不好的地方：酒店前门正在装修，所以路标和地图都失效了，他们会带你到地下停车场，从侧门进入，不要去那里，地方很臭，不方便，就停下来从路边进入之前装修的地方。 房间条件也看起来很旧，壁纸剥落，镜子有污渍，淋浴区使用金属覆盖排水。 额外的福利，不用担心订单交付，他们有特殊的机器人可以直接送货到您家门口。

酒店前台小王耐心幫我處理問題，發現房間地毯問題後，及時幫我處理，態度也很好，外賣都是可以用機器人配送。很滿意

房間內景色優美，服務人員態度好，能滿足需求。酒店內的硬體也很新，浴室漂亮乾濕分離。機器人送餐也很方便。

The location and the service of the hotel is not a problem, the staff is friendly and try their best to help, but money wise is not the best option. I selected the hotel because was closer to my friend and also because I have had stayed in Hilton’s hotels before and always is a nice experience, this unfortunately was not the case. First, the lobby has a very strong smell to toilet, the four days of my stay was the same strong smell. Second, the room was clean and nice but you will just find water and not menu for room service and empty minibar, the tv has 60 channels and only 3 are foreign channels, and only one fully in English language. And third, the breakfast is very basic, limited options and mostly the same every day. As I mentioned is not a problem of location or staff.

酒店的位置和服务不是问题，工作人员很友好，并尽力提供帮助，但从金钱角度来说并不是最好的选择。我选择这家酒店是因为离我的朋友更近，也因为我以前住过希尔顿酒店，每次都是一次愉快的经历，不幸的是事实并非如此。首先，大堂和厕所的气味很浓，我住的四天都是同样浓重的气味。其次，房间干净漂亮，但你只能找到水，没有客房服务菜单，迷你吧也空了，电视有 60 个频道，只有 3 个是外国频道，而且只有一个全英文频道。第三，早餐非常基本，选择有限，而且每天都大体相同。正如我提到的，这不是位置或员工的问题。

Clean hotel, helpful service staff and nice selection of buffet breakfast food. Will stay again.

酒店前台給我們的房間升級，令我們十分驚喜。房間景觀十分好，可眺望成都城市的喧鬧。還有酒店位置非常好，去各個景點都十方方便。

前台小月很热情、服務很棒，還介紹附近有公园，可以晨跑，商场也蛮多的，晚上还可以散步。
