Reasonable hotel with acceptable breakfast. The room air conditioning system is preset at a ridiculous temp and when it reached 29C at 3am, I had to switch it off and open the window. But there was some 24 hour construction going outside and our sleep was totally disrupted. The surrounding area was lively with lots of activities and the streets are reasonably walkable, especially the bridge.
