This is the first I stayed here after it’s new renovation. I will not recommend this hotel. Air conditioning is totally stop functioning starting October because the weather was getting cooler . So we have to open windows and electric fan for fresh air and get cooler. The hotel is located at most busiest traffic conjunction. So it is very noisy and warm in our room. Smoking everywhere.In addition, the breakfast is disappointing. Coffee machine was broken down, here go instant nestle coffee. The black marble floor is very sticky in the restaurant, it seems it has never been cleaned. Sorry, I won’t come again.

这是我在新装修后第一次住在这里。我不会推荐这家酒店。由于天气变凉，空调从十月开始完全停止运行。所以我们必须打开窗户和电风扇呼吸新鲜空气并保持凉爽。酒店位于最繁忙的交通路口。所以我们的房间里非常吵闹而且很温暖。到处抽烟。另外，早餐令人失望。咖啡机坏了，这里是雀巢速溶咖啡。 餐厅里的黑色大理石地板很粘，好像从来没有清理过。对不起，我不会再来了。

房间雖然不是在新装修的楼层，但整体很好，卫生间也很整洁，酒店员工的服务态度很好，很友善👍🏻。酒店很接近绵阳高铁站，十分方便。酒店的早餐食物雖然不算豐富，但米粉的味道十分美味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。

装饰外观都还好，装修风格蛮适合我。感觉挺雅观的。服务比较好，房间比较整洁。地理条件好，卫生情况也蛮好的，有电脑，网速一般，比网吧差点，有电视但没用过。舒适度挺好，床也挺软和，是红色的。离火车站近有比较方便所以感觉值得跟朋友推荐。房间还比较大，光线还可以，走廊也还可以，有停车场。提供免费早餐，有稀饭，蛋，还有那些三明治。

Location||It is in the downtown of Mianyang. There is not much around the hotel so far I am aware of. Across the road there is the train station. ||Check-in experience,||Quite limited English skills lead some delay and even simple questions like non-smoking, breakfast etc. They would like to keep my passport where I insist to have it and I keep my passport.||Hotel / Room,||I stayed in the suite room that was a bit dirty (e.g. top of the furniture) but in general ok. The look is cheap but again ok. Second night I moved to one of renovated new rooms. That was a big mistake; the room looks nice and also quite new and clean. However, there is constant noise like a small engine. I tried to explain it to reception and housekeeping, one they told it is lights than air-condition. They could not also offer changing the room (again probably language gap related problem).||Breakfast,||typical 3-4 star Chinese hotel breakfast, I find it average

感觉很舒服，酒店里面的环境本来就很舒服啊，里面有园林绿化的，酒店处于繁华地段，装修的倒是挺豪华的，里面有餐厅和休闲中心，也提供免费的自助早餐，房间里面的装修就是那种自然舒适的感觉，卫生挺干净的，服务员的服务态度也很好。

总体感觉还可以，酒店环境很好，酒店里面的装修很好，是属于3星级酒店，设施挺不错的，软件设施不错；酒店很干净，装修让人感觉比较温馨，但是服务态度不怎么样，在入住时不太乐意按房客需要换掉床上用品；个人觉得房价偏高；房间电视、电脑都有，而且会提供早餐，种类还可以。

The hotel is China typical 4-star hotel in the second, or third, tier city. The hotel is dated but clean. It's well suited for a one to two nights stay. It's hard to get a non-smoking floor so ask for the room to be freshened up before you check in. (Even if you get a non-smoking floor, more than likely you have smokers on the same floor.) ||||The hotel is located right across Mianyang train station. It's pretty central and it was easy for us to have our meetings around town. I got the room for one night at RMB350 (all-in). My colleague, through some local connections, booked a few rooms under RMB260. It's a bargain indeed. The breakfast...nothing to fancy but will fill the stomach just fine. I was trying to look for Starbucks in Mianyang. I couldn't find one, unfortunately.||||Mianyang is about 2-2.5 hours ride (by car) from Chengdu. If not for the early meeting arranged, I found staying in Chengdu might be a better idea. The road was in good condition and so long as you do not have a reckless driver you should be fine.||||As it was a business trip I did not get to see the city much - nor the surrounding. The impression I got was plenty of constructions on-going. This had to do with the 2008 earthquake and the China government determined to get the city on its feet again. If you are traveling by train, then Prince Hotel would be a logical choice as it's right across the train station.||||Safe travel.

You will need a basic understanding of Chinese, because the staff did not speak English. There was a very limited selection for breakfast. The room was warm and comfortable, but appeared to require some maintenance. My experience has been that there are better hotels in Mianyang for the price charged.
