Hotel facilities is very high quality and using robot to send things to you. Free laundry and good buffet breakfast. The hotel aircon temperature in Room 713 is controlled and not able to adjust to the temperature that you want. My indoor room temperature Is set to 27 degrees and very hot In late night after feedback to to the front desk, room is changed immediately and upgraded to a bigger room. Very efficient. Free airport transfer by Mercedes Benz SUV , bus driver is very friendly and helpful.

rooms are a little dated and a little miss match in colour scheme and floor in the washroom has the last customers hair but either then that everything was great. Would recommend if you have a flight next day or so this hotel is very close to the airport and a free Mercedes shuttle you can book at the front desk for free to take you to airport

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room, good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

罗宾是我在天津机场地区参考的酒店，如果你需要在工业园区工作的话非常方便。步行几分钟即可到达咖啡馆和餐馆。工作人员非常友好，即使他们不会说英语，也会为您提供帮助。只是要指出的是，健身房目前不是处于最佳状态，需要清洁和维护。还必须小心房间附近潮湿的难闻气味，其余一切都很完美。房间又好又大，淋浴很好，床也很棒...亮点是丽塔女士总是对个性化的关注，非常专业，啊！并会说英语，这是值得赞赏的。酒店100%推荐。当然，我很快就会回来，谢谢！

The hotel is fine for its price. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. While it is close to the airport, it is far from the city and the train stations.

这家酒店对于它的价格来说还不错。房间很干净，早餐很好，服务也很棒。虽然它靠近机场，但距离城市和火车站较远。

連續兩次出差返回入住同間酒店，Robin 還是維持穩定的房間整潔乾淨。機場接送的服務很適合商務旅客，很貼心，同行的同事也挺滿意。唯一一點是房間提供了Marshall 的音響，但藍芽一直連不上，不知道是我藍芽手機和音響是不是要經過什麼設定？兩間房間都連不上。但瑕不掩瑜，房間和床的舒適度還是很不錯。

這次入住隔音有點差，晚上被吵醒。早餐變化少，入住多次都沒什麼變化，房間很乾，如果有個加濕器就更好了，睡醒喉嚨不太舒服。不過房間還是很乾淨，房間也很大很舒適。

飯店很舒適，熱水供應充足，Wi-Fi 又快又穩，還有機場接送，有迎賓水果和冰箱飲料可以免費提供。也有熱水壺，外賣有機器人送上房間。房間很大，空間寬廣，行李打開還有很多空間，床也很好睡，阿姨每天都來整理房間補水和冰箱的飲料，下次出差考慮再次入住。

每次出差都選擇robin 酒店，這次再次入住，還是一如既往的滿意，房間乾淨，機場接送服務好。備品齊全，早餐也好吃😋。二樓的足療也不錯，剛好可以放鬆商務旅行的疲憊，還有洗衣房能夠洗衣。每天都會打掃提供礦泉水。下次再來天津出差，應該還是會選擇robin 酒店。
