酒店是禁煙的但是煙味很重，睡了一晚頭痛了一整天氣温二十幾度但是沒有冷氣只能開窗，但是窗開了整晚都在聽樓下停車場入口的小心駕駛廣播，根本睡不了沒有冷氣但是被子只有一張超厚的，蓋了會發燒，不蓋會着涼，兩面不是人

Everything was fine, the location was quite far away from the attractions etc., but there was shopping mall near the hotel that was opened until late night. There is a bus stopped right in-front of the hotel, so traveling was quite convenient. Hotel room was perfect, wide and clean. I would love to recommend it! ~

一切都很好，酒店位置离景点有点远，但酒店附近就有一个营业到很晚的购物中心。酒店门口就有公交车站，所以出行很方便。酒店房间完美，宽敞又干净。我非常乐意推荐这家酒店！

The hotel actually is ok and the staff is friendly. the rating is because of the breakfast, it is very expensive and not really a lot of food choices. You have to pay separately for a cup of coffee, i never I haven't experienced anything like that before. One time stay but never again

酒店其实还行，员工也很友好。评分低是因为早餐，价格非常贵，而且选择不多。一杯咖啡还要单独收费，我以前从来没遇到过这种情况。住过一次，以后再也不会来了。

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern. I really loved the size of the TV. It’s located near a good-sized mall with a Starbucks, which was a lifesaver. What sold me was that this was the only hotel that actually transferred me to an English-speaking manager when I called. Being very customer service-minded, I’m pleased to say the staff at this hotel, from the managers to the front desk attendants, are very professional and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. If I ever get the chance to revisit Tianjin, I will definitely stay here again.

这家酒店太棒了！房间非常干净、舒适又现代。我特别喜欢电视的尺寸。酒店附近有个很大的购物中心，里面还有星巴克，真是太方便了。最让我满意的是，这是我唯一一家打电话后能直接联系到会说英语的经理的酒店。我非常注重客户服务，所以很高兴地说，这家酒店的员工，从经理到前台接待员，都非常专业热情，这让我非常感激。如果我有机会再去天津，我一定会再次入住这家酒店。
