The hotel is also known under the name of Tianjin Junhui Vacation Club. Behind the hotel is a park with a small lake with a fitness trail (jogging path). Slightly further away is a small amusement park for children. On the weekends the hotel is popular with guests from Beijing, who want to escape the big city.||The hotel is not suitable for tourists as it is an hour's drive outside of Tinajin. The oil fields and some of the petrochemical plants are 20 minutes away, as well as heavy industry and the Binhai Tianjin Port that was in the news for the huge explosion in August 2015. ||Unfortunately, the communication with hotel employees is difficult as most of them do not have any basic English knowledge. ||The hotel has 150 comfortable rooms, which are generously laid out. The bathrooms are well equipped. Internet is free, and it worked well. The breakfast selection is geared to the taste of the Chinese clientele. The hotel has a Chinese and a Korean restaurant. In the coffee shop near to the lobby serves small meals around the clock, such as noodle soup. ||The Tianjin Junhui Jianguo has been recommended to me as the best hotel in the Dagang industrial zone. Tianjin South railway station is a 30 minutes drive away.

I am from the Austin Texas and have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 30 or so months and each time for about 1 week. It is a great choice as a place to stay. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel backs up to large park with a lake and walking / running trail. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room manager took time out of his day to ask me about my stay and how things were going. There are two restaurants in the hotel, one is Chinese and the other Korean, and both serve delicious food. They have exercise equipment. It has the feel of a 4 star hotel in the US but is a little older and worn in places but still an excellent stay.

它的早餐挺好的，品种也挺好挺丰富的。环境也挺好，它是靠这一条人工湖，湖还挺长挺大的，在房间里就可以看到景色。位置还是比较方便，交通也还可以。住宿的人比较多，去的时候没有房间，服务人员办理手续还可以。房间里面也挺好的。

它的设施比较旧，让人觉的不干净，因为它是个老酒店，它的房间很大，一个人住太空旷了，装修也比较旧，看它的桌子沙发都用的时间比较长了。位置没什么方便的。整体服务不是很好，在他们那吃饭点了两个菜，最后一个菜一个多小时都没上来，后来他们经理给我道歉了。它是个比较高档的酒店。

地理位置可以，周围环境比较好，后面有山有水。隔音效果也好，没有被吵到。服务人员比较好，进门呀，办手续呀都比较规范，比较热情。卫生也比较好，早餐可以，中、西餐都有，也是送的，餐厅环境也可以。大堂的装修也比较好，我住得是标间，有玻璃书桌呀，被罩和床单的舒适度也很好。

饭菜做得挺好的，价钱不便宜，品种种类挺多的，好几个菜系都有，像粤菜、海鲜都有，这两个菜很有特色。酒店还有游泳馆、桑拿，房间里面有办公桌提供宽带，空间够大，就是时间有些长了，房子有些旧了，像电视还有卫生间的设施跟其他酒店相比较的话都有些旧了。服务挺好的，当时服务员帮我把餐饮送到房间里面，而且态度也挺好的。

风景挺好的，挨着旅游景点。就是离商业街有点远，偏了一点。我们公司在附近，直接给酒店打电话，有协议的。服务可以，挺好的，我们老外出，就是清静，没有人打扰，便于我们生活方便一点就行了。有商务的小酒吧，谈个事呀。消费和卫生环境还可以，房间装修中上等吧。

如果去大港的时候我可能会推荐，这个酒店哪方面都一般不怎么样，房间装修一般，挺大众化，但面积不小二十多平，服务方面也不怎么样，我找服务员都找不到，前台也不太好，然后餐厅早餐也不怎么样，种类又少，位置不好说，卫生的确挺干净的。
