The hotel is a little old and it reflects from the floorings, tables and elevators a little bit squeaky. Although service is still good at some point it makes up for it. Overall still nice place to stay in if your layover is long.

if you are European, get ready to spit out your stomach, there is no normal food here.. otherwise an ordinary two-star hotel..

For 5 star hotel it is expected for staff to communicate at least with essential english. When my family tried to reach me by phone, each time they spent at least 5 minutes repeating the room number, because receptionists didn't even understand the numbers. Also, it would be nice if manager would hire someone to wash the windows because from time to time maybe guests would like to see something through them. What happened with air condition? Breakfast till 9? Really?

Good hotel, and good service. Nice food, great view also comfortable if you want to stay here with your family or beloved
