Everything is clean. Pretty far from the city center. Quiet neighborhood. Not much going on around.I had to order a new shower head online. The old one was absolutely useless. So is the TV. No streaming services like iQIYI Youku. Pretty good overall. Could be better for the price.

酒店房間整潔, 工作人員服務很好. 由於只是停留數天, 沒有購買國內電話卡, 無法上網叫車, 前台都樂意幫忙用他們自己的手機幫我叫車. 整體入住感覺不錯.

Excellent service and value for money. Perfect for family and friends staycation. The location is a bit far from city centre but its worthwhile to stay far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staffs are friendly and the cafe in the first floor is the gem of the stay.

It is a good apar**ent hotel. Fast check in and fine service. Curiously they still charge guarantee deposits even though room charges are paid in advance. Most of hotels don't charge it any longer.

Ariva is a great hotel brand. Firstly they accept foreigners as long as you have your passport and health code. The rooms are spacious and clean and also well sound proved. They have Bluetooth connection for music in the room. I enjoyed my stay and their late checkout is 6pm for an additional 200yuan which is not too bad. The only think I didn’t like is how far away the hotel is from popular places like five avenues, some night life places and malls. Although around the hotel they do have shops around like Wumart, McDonald’s and luckincoffee for your own convenience. Overall it was a great stay. Best for people arriving from or going to Tianjin West Railway Station.

Absolutely loved the stay here Very clean Spacious and food value for money I loved the bathroom with the big tub and huge mirrors. It’s a little far from the main cities but about 10 km away. It’s not so bad

I just stayed for one night, the room is spacious including all necessary amenities... The welcome fruit basket was a nice touch, breakfast buffet offering both Chinese and Western style food items... Will be back!

It is a good "serviced apar**ent" style hotelLocation isn't the best as you need a taxi to go to nearby malls and shops. They have small supermarket downstairs anyway.Not far from Tianjin south stations and Tianjin West
