My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Highly recommend Swan Lake Hotel!'

Well, otel is old or not taken care well. I had AC problem and couldn’t be addressed. Language barrier is a big issue, tried to communicate with technician and receptionist via google translator , however that wasn’t very successful. Hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast choice is big, many dishes. Other than my AC problem, hotel was good!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The once baby blue chair had turned brown with years of not cleaning. The curtains and the carpet were filthy. ||I only stayed one night and barely slept. I couldn't wait to checkout. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It needs a renovation overhaul.

Classic business-style hotel on the northern side of Swan Lake. Suitable for weekend trips, convenient location to discover Hefei's modern side by foot. Fast, friendly and experienced service. German-style restaurant downstairs. Good Chinese-International mixed breakfast buffet. Spacious guest parking outside the building.

天鹅湖北侧经典商务型酒店。适合周末旅行，位置便利，步行探索合肥的现代风情。快速、友好且经验丰富的服务。楼下有德式餐厅。美味的中式和国际混合自助早餐。大楼外设有宽敞的宾客停车场。

The hotel is located very close to swan lake. The surrounding area is very nice. The staff members are very attentive. There breakfast buffet is a must. We had a great time.

酒店距离天鹅湖非常近。周边环境非常好。工作人员非常细心。那里的自助早餐是必须的。我们玩得很开心。

Hotel is facing the swan lake and room has a great view. Room is small but good enough for one person. Reasonable price for the quality. Gym is quite nice and well equipped.

酒店面朝天鹅湖，房间视野极佳。房间虽小，但足够一个人住。价格合理，品质优良。健身房非常好而且设备齐全。
