芜湖侨鸿皇冠假日酒店

This is a quality hotel that deserves it's 5 star rating. A small disclaimer was that we got a good deal on the room rate because the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. So I can't rate the pool.||Many things to love here: the room, the bed, the bathroom including a bath, the view of the Yangtze, the breakfast buffet, the evening buffet, room service lunch, check-in service ... I think you can see where I'm going here.||The customer service is outstanding; yes it exceeded my expectations. We even got a phone call to advise us of the changed breakfast location on our second day. That's service. ||Sadly, it seems they used to have a cocktail type bar with Filipino musicians but lack of demand has forced closure. ||Great value also, room rates would be double in a big city. The evening buffet is a steal at under 100 rmb pp with beer and wine included.||Only one negative, and that's typical for China, was the internet. It dropped out and was very slow at times. .As I said it's typical for China, but I have had better.||Still 5 stars from me though and I hope to back to rate the pool.

This place used to be my favorite place to stay. I come 3~4 times a year to Wuhu and each time, I stay about a week. They Have an access to FB, YouTube, and upgrades my room each time I visited. But since the new management changes, this place isn't good at all. They got rid of the 2nd floor bar which I and my friends enjoyed much. As of 11/2016, I started staying at other hotels right by the river. Hope management at Crowne Plaza understands what guest needs...... and make changes

这个地方曾经是我最喜欢住的地方。我每年来芜湖3~4次，每次停留一周左右。他们可以访问 FB、YouTube，并且每次我访问时都会升级我的房间。但自从换了新的管理层之后，这个地方就一点也不好了。他们去掉了我和我的朋友们非常喜欢的二楼酒吧。从2016年11月开始，我开始入住河边的其他酒店。希望皇冠假日酒店的管理层了解客人的需求……并做出改变

I stayed here for two nights in March. Overall it was comfortable. Decor is a little dated.||Staff in general were helpful and friendly.||The main restaurant, Manhattan Cafe, on the first floor serves buffet. It was an extra 50 RMB Per day add on to my bill. I only dined there for breakfast and while there was a big selection of western and Chinese it was just ok for me.||The gym was on the fifth floor. I only had time to swim once and the pool was a little on the chilly side. It is not rectangular so diagonal laps was the best way to swim.||Rooms were comfortable and clean. My view was of the city.||Lobby is in the grand entrance style with soaring ceilings and lots of marble. The interesting thing was a shop selling lots of different size rocks.||Within five minutes walk was a shopping mall and in the other direction, in ten minutes, was the FengHuang Food Street where there were lots of small restaurants and bars.||This was a good central location.|||

The Hotel is not so new anymore but I've got to say it's still in a very very good shape. Well kept and maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfy, with all what a superior Hotel has got to offer. Rooms service is impeccable. I actually had a small issue with the toilet and it was immediately repaired.||||A place to definitely stay while in Wuhu. Close to the city center, shopping malls, the lakes, the very new Wuhu Opera and the beautiful Yangtze River Park.

这家酒店不再那么新了，但我不得不说它的状况仍然非常非常好。保存和维护良好。房间宽敞、干净、舒适，具备高级酒店应有的一切。客房服务无可挑剔。事实上，我的厕所有一个小问题，很快就修好了。||||在芜湖期间绝对要住的地方。靠近市中心、购物中心、湖泊、非常新的芜湖歌剧院和美丽的长江公园。

This was my first business trip to Wuhu and my first stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had been in Nanjing previously and had a wifi problem.and could not contact the local people I was due to meet in Wuhu. I phoned the hotel and they were incredibly helpful in contacting the local people I was due to meet. They also fixed my wifi problem for me. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff are excellent throughout the hotel. On arrival I was met by the assistant manager. She showed me to my room and checked that my wifi problem had been solved. I ate in the Chinese Restaurant on the third floor and in the main restaurant on the ground floor. The buffet in the main restaurant is excellent. I am back in Wuhu in August on a second business trip. I wouldn't stay anywhere else

这是我第一次来芜湖出差，也是第一次入住皇冠假日酒店。我之前去过南京，无线网络有问题，无法联系到我要在芜湖见面的当地人。我给酒店打电话，他们在联系我要见的当地人方面提供了极大的帮助。他们还帮我解决了无线网络问题。房间舒适宽敞。整个酒店的工作人员都非常优秀。抵达后，助理经理迎接了我。她带我去了我的房间并检查我的无线网络问题是否已经解决。我在三楼的中餐厅和一楼的主餐厅吃饭。主餐厅的自助餐很棒。我八月份第二次出差回到芜湖。我不会留在其他地方

I used to live in Wuhu, now travel there only for business. And I love this Hotel. ||..It's old but classic. ||..Located in the middle of the city. ||..Restaurants, shopping center and site seeing places are all at walking distance. ||..Their staff is very helpful; have helped me to plan business conference, team building game and transportation. ||..Breakfast is excellent, probably best among all hotels in Wuhu.

我以前住在芜湖，现在只去那里出差。我喜欢这家酒店。 ||..它很旧但很经典。 ||..位于城市中心。 ||..餐厅、购物中心和景点都在步行距离内。 ||..他们的员工非常乐于助人；帮助我计划商务会议、团队建设游戏和交通。 ||..早餐很棒，可能是芜湖所有酒店中最好的了。

酒店位于市中心商场楼上，周围吃喝玩乐的场所很多。距离火车站也不远，打车10元左右。房间中规中矩，床还是不错的。早餐个人比较喜欢，品种比较丰富。浴室卫生有待改进，防滑垫下面已经发霉了。

酒店位置绝对闹市区，而且高层的江景房还能看到长江。非常超值和便利。早餐种类很多，味道不错。酒店有些年头，但保养得还算可以，客房收拾得很干净，白金会员送了水果。入住还是很愉快的
