Have stayed here a few times always have to ask for coffee only have tea in the room no fridge no milk no sugar today I asked for coffee the extremely rude cleaning lady blasted me in Chinese then the same lady was banging on my door 15 minutes before checkout again in Chinese told her to get stuffed think maybe this hotel should train their staff on how to deal with international guests

我来过这家酒店几次，每次都要自己要咖啡，房间里只有茶，没有冰箱，没有牛奶也没有糖。今天我要咖啡，一个态度极其恶劣的清洁女工用中文对我破口大骂。退房前15分钟，她又来敲我的门，我再次用中文让她滚蛋。我觉得这家酒店应该培训一下员工如何接待国际客人。
