Shangri-La Hotel, Jinan

I found myself needing to stay at Jinan for over 3 weeks for an educational course at the University Hospital. I was looking for a great accommodation experience, luckily I stumbled upon Shangri-La. I got the deluxe room which was really great since I had company with me. The breakfast buffet was included, which by the way was excellent. They really try to make sure that everything you need is available. Through the days the guys whom were working there gave us really special attention which was appreciated. A beautiful gym and pool is also available. Also a sauna and a steam room plus cold and hot water tubs are available near the gym. I can say that my stay was a memorable one. I recommend anyone who passes by Jinan and would love to splurge himself not hesitate to stay at this hotel. This hotel may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, mind that I stayed in several hotels around the world. The care and love that you feel that is projected from every single individual from Jack the doorman, whom I’ll never forget. Not to forget the guys in the restaurant, Paul, Jenny and others who made sure to make our experience a unforgettable one. I stayed over than 3 weeks, everything was perfect. If you are in Jinan, Shandong, China, you have to stay at this hotel.

我发现自己需要在济南停留三周以上，参加大学医院的教育课程。我一直在寻找美好的住宿体验，幸运的是我偶然发现了香格里拉。我住的是豪华房，因为有我的陪伴，所以真的很棒。自助早餐包括在内，顺便说一句，非常棒。他们确实尽力确保您需要的一切都可用。那些天在那里工作的人给了我们特别的关注，我们很感激。酒店还设有漂亮的健身房和游泳池。健身房附近还设有桑拿浴室、蒸汽浴室以及冷热水浴缸。我可以说我的住宿是一次难忘的经历。我推荐任何路过济南并愿意挥霍的人毫不犹豫地入住这家酒店。这家酒店可能是我住过的最好的酒店之一，请注意，我在世界各地住过几家酒店。你感受到的关怀和爱来自门童杰克的每一个人，我永远不会忘记他。不要忘记餐厅里的工作人员，保罗、珍妮和其他人，他们确保让我们的经历成为一次难忘的经历。我住了三个多星期，一切都很完美。如果你在中国山东省济南市，你一定要住这家酒店。

Great central location in the city, though getting to the park across the road is inconveniently far. The room was lovely and clean, good service and nice pool. (Latter requires a swimming cap though which isn't ideal.) The main downside was that the rooms are not as sound proof as they could've been, and the thermostat sounds like a hairdryer keeps turning on and off in the next room which made it hard to fall asleep. Windows could use a wash too.

位于城市的中心位置，尽管到马路对面的公园很远，不太方便。房间很漂亮很干净，服务很好，游泳池也很漂亮。 （后者需要戴泳帽，但这并不理想。） 主要的缺点是房间隔音效果不佳，而且恒温器听起来就像隔壁房间的吹风机不断打开和关闭，让人很难入睡。窗户也需要清洗一下。

酒店设施齐全豪华，房间舒适温馨，工作人员服务热情专业，尤其是豪华阁工作人员：凌艺嘉，服务态度更为突出，让人感觉宾至如归，非常棒。

It was nice to stay in the hotel. The staff at the executive lounge were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Shangri-La Hotel Jinan.

酒店地理位置很好 离趵突泉步行不到5分鐘，泉城广场挺近，主要是服務人員以客為尊，非常的專業與敬業

自从入住这段时间以来，我特别想表扬一下礼宾部的田恒硕，首先他接待我的时候表现的特别热情友好，当我提出需求时，他总能迅速作出反应，为我提供适合的意见和帮助。无论是关于酒店设施的使用，还是附近景点的推荐。他都能给出详尽的解答。在此我要向田恒硕表示衷心的感谢，并希望他能继续保持这种优秀的工作态度，为更多客人带来愉快的入住体验。

洲际酒店位于市中心繁华地段，逛街、吃饭、娱乐都很方便，很喜欢这里的茶歇，这里的茶歇样式精美，品种多，而且很好吃，还要特别感谢宴会孙富建经理为我们解决需求！

贵和洲际酒店位置特别好，今天在宴会厅有活动吃到了好吃的饭菜而且在楼内还可以看到泉城广场的风景，很漂亮晚上的喷泉也很好看很感谢牛亚琪对我们的服务
