We stayed at this hotel first time for 5 nights, it was an excellent experience. the location was so convenient, close to all tourism spots and major public transports. Cao wenju, Wang hongxia and Zhang lingmei from housekeeping were extemely friendly and helpful. No. 4 Xiang jie from breakfast service was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Wangxia and Xiaolin from reception were also very friendly and helpful. in general we loved staying here and will definately comeback and also recommend you to others.

我们第一次在这家酒店住了 5 晚，这是一次很棒的经历。位置非常方便，靠近所有旅游景点和主要公共交通。客房部的曹文举、王红霞和张玲梅都非常友好和乐于助人。 4号早餐服务人员Xiang jie在我们住宿期间非常友善和乐于助人。接待处的王霞和小林也非常友好和乐于助人。总的来说，我们喜欢住在这里，肯定会回来并向其他人推荐您。

The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

酒店位于老城区。老建筑但房间焕然一新。步行即可到达公园。出色的客户服务，即小尚，他协助我们办理入住手续并与当地旅行社一起处理问题。中央空调在晚上关闭（可能是节能措施），但给我们提供了立式风扇。美味的早餐有多种当地菜肴。来济南住的一家不错的酒店。

There are a few famous tourist places within walking distance from this hotel. Hotel room is very comfortable.Gust can go to laundry room to use washing machine and dryer at no charges.Breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of choices, we like to appreciate Xiang Jie, she is very friendly and provide us some local tour tip.

从这家酒店步行即可到达一些著名的旅游景点。酒店房间很舒服。客人可以去洗衣房免费使用洗衣机和烘干机。自助早餐很棒，选择很多，我们很喜欢向洁，她很友好，给我们提供了一些当地旅游的建议。

我們是4月9日至12日入住吉華大廈1513號房,期間感受到房務部秀雯女士熱情的招待,非常溫暖,另外早餐部的香姊也是熱情的服務,有機會再來濟南一定會再入住,可惜只能給5星,只能說吉華大廈是超5星👍👍👍

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there.The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

酒店工作人员非常乐于助人和友善。尽管不懂英语，他们总是尽力帮助我叫出租车等。自助早餐很棒。每天下午新鲜水果免费送到房间。地理位置优越，前往主要景点、各种餐厅以及邻里/社区商店和服务。我在那里度过了愉快的时光。唯一的缺点是只有两部客用电梯，因此，在一天中的某些时间，需要一段时间才能召唤电梯并且变得拥挤。

I will recommend this hotel to my friends because of excellent hotel breakfast and very friendly staff.Room is clean and comfortable, there is laundry room with washing machine for gust self-service free use.Breakfast food and soup choices is plenty and delicious including Chinese and western style.Hotel reception staff are friendly, they assist foreigner to grab Taxi using App and provide helpful info guides.

我会向我的朋友推荐这家酒店，因为酒店的早餐很棒，工作人员非常友好。房间干净舒适，有洗衣房，配有洗衣机，可供客人自助免费使用。早餐食物和汤的选择很丰富，很美味，包括中餐。和西方风格。酒店接待人员很友好，他们使用应用程序帮助外国人打车并提供有用的信息指南。

Excellent value for money. Although the receptionists only speak Mandarin they have been extremely helpful with all my requests by using translators apps. Great breakfast although it is definitely more Chinese than western. Great location for sightseeing. Definitely oriented toward Chinese families & business people, but as I said above the staff have gone beyond call of duty to make my stay easy & comfortable.

整體都滿意，特別嘉許服務員王霞 和 香姐，早餐算豐盛，只是星期六及日人很多，有可能要併坐
