房间很大，但是有些老旧。|去游泳，被告知必须戴泳帽。泳帽从几十到一百多不等。买了三个泳帽就小三百了。去了泳池，发现很多人根本不戴泳帽。这不扯吗。|在app定的，没注意星级。退房时候发现是五星，全家都很震惊，这也是五星？

The condition of the room is ok although a bit old, the cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful, however the service counter used my wife’s personal information for other people’s packages sending from the hotel, seven days have gone after the complaint and they still didn’t do anything.

房间条件还可以，虽然有点旧，清洁人员很友善，乐于助人，但服务柜台用我妻子的个人信息给别人从酒店寄来的包裹，投诉后已经7天了，他们仍然没有什么都不做。

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was smooth. Overall a good stay. Facility a little old but clean. Location good.

住了 2 晚。登记入住很顺利。总的来说，住得很愉快。设施有点旧，但还算干净。位置好。

We had a small suite assigned to us. Old hotel so most of the plug requires a adaptor and hotel does not provide adptor nor understand what is a adaptor which was appalling. Finally found 1 plug tucked in the corner of the living area which provided the same outlet used for HK/ MY/SG. Not a single USB charging port. The sink and the tap is badly in need of change. The walk to Baotu Spring Park took us 20 mins, there is no nearby subway. I notice if we use the English name - Hyatt Regency Jinan for Didi order, the car will stop outside of the side road instead of driving into the hotel front entrance, so do take note, best to type the hotel address instead.|The members lounge offers simple dinner and drinks from 6 to 8 pm which is a huge plus.|House keeping needs to address the cleanliness as they will not wash the cups for you nor even vacuum the room. Empty Cup noodle left on table will remain on the table, they will not clear for you as well.|Breakfast was average.

我们分配了一间小套房。老酒店所以大部分插头都需要适配器，而酒店不提供适配器也不了解什么是适配器，这真是令人震惊。最后在起居区的角落里发现了 1 个插头，它提供了与香港/马来西亚/新加坡使用的相同的插座。没有一个USB充电端口。水槽和水龙头急需更换。步行到趵突泉公园需要20分钟，附近没有地铁。我注意到如果滴滴订单使用英文名称济南凯悦酒店，车子会停在路边，而不是开进酒店正门，所以请注意，最好输入酒店地址。|会员休息室从下午 6 点到 8 点提供简单的晚餐和饮料，这是一个巨大的优势。|客房清洁人员需要解决清洁问题，因为他们不会为您洗杯子，甚至不会用吸尘器打扫房间。桌上的空杯面会留在桌子上，他们也不会帮你清理。|早餐很一般。

員工服務態度很好，房間空間大，裝璜設計大氣，早餐多樣選擇,是五星飯店應有的水平啦！

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning.The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables.The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

晚上很晚才入住，竟然升级到总统套房住了一晚！我希望我有更多的时间在酒店房间度过，但我早上要赶早班飞机。房间当然很宽敞（>2000平方英尺），有厨房、带餐桌的客厅、办公区和一间卧室。早上，由于酒店有会议，早餐服务很繁忙。自助式早餐 - 食物种类繁多，包括当地美食。如果蔬菜的选择多一点就更好了。工作人员帮忙叫了一辆去机场的出租车。总的来说，这是一次舒适的短暂停留。

已是多次入住此酒店, 唯一今次經Trip.com訂房, 會員是不能計分, 有些失望! 酒店附近有商場, 吃喝購物沒有難度.
