the view from the window is bad. the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. cafe for payment you get all inclusive. no one understands English at the resort, this creates discomfort for tourists

窗外的景色很差。房间很干净，早餐也不错。咖啡馆付款即可获得全包。度假村里没有人懂英语，这给游客带来不舒服

Stayed here for one night on 5th July 2015, the hotel staff's are very helpful.||The hotel is located on the outskirts of Jinan City. The rooms big and clean, the only issue is that the hotel staff's can't understand or speak English. Luckily our business client was there to help us check in and check out.||The hotel restaurant is for non vegetarians (see the pictures), we being vegetarians, had some tough time making the waiters understand what we want. But eventually succeeded and had our dinner.||The breakfast had a good spread of varieties, but less choices for us.

2015年7月5日在这里住了一晚，酒店工作人员非常乐于助人。||酒店位于济南市郊区。房间又大又干净，唯一的问题是酒店工作人员听不懂或不会说英语。幸运的是，我们的商业客户在那里帮助我们办理入住和退房。||酒店餐厅是为非素食者提供的（参见图片），我们是素食者，在让服务员了解我们想要什么方面遇到了一些困难。但最终成功了，吃了我们的晚餐。||早餐品种很多，但我们的选择较少。

酒店在济南西边，去长青路过。第一次进入感觉还不错，服务员比较热情，递上毛巾和茶水，以消磨等待时间。CI较快，可惜上去门卡打不开门，只得又下来了一次，略显不专业。房间在中间，有窗但也是室内，看不到外面，隔音不错。房间里的床也比较舒服，睡的挺好。没有余钢铁，不过淋浴设施也非常不错。淋浴房的门与马桶干涉，只能向里开，设计不太人性化。酒店还送了果盘和小礼品，比较贴心。从艺龙订的房，才298，感觉非常超值，非常值得推荐！

前些日子去参加济南一个会议被安排住在舜和国际。酒店整体够档次，次日清扫卫生服务生留下的爱心提示便签也挺有意思。不过跟顶级酒店相比还是有很多不足。当时住在3041房间，浴盆放水的时候居然会漏一地，而且排水口也不是很通畅。窗户不是直通室外的，会有些气闷。最严重一点是中央空调制冷力度明显不够。希望能够整改。另外价格方面希望可以对非商务客人更加优惠一点

This hotel has a very courteous staff but not many strong in speaking English. They will however, find someone to help you if you approach them. The hotel room I had was very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was acceptable. You have two options in the hotel for dinner. One is a restaurant with acceptable service and the other is a buffet. Breakfast buffet is very good. Outside restaurants are available but will require some walking. The one downside to this hotel is they do not offer money exchange. This proved to be a problem.

Pros: The concierge showed me to the room, lots of free food in the room- huge fruit basket, cookies, yogurts, etc.||||Cons: Lots of drunk locals where at the entrance and they also stayed int he rooms- shouting during the night, 3 check-in counters, but only one actually working. Low English ability of the staff. Noise heater in the room. Waited for hot water for 10+ minutes. The concierge that took me to the room, took my phone, went to the booking application I used to book this hotel and gave 5 stars to it without my asking.||Hard to get a cab/taxi meter. If you can - use Didi. Local taxi drivers are refusing to drive by meters.

优点：礼宾部带我去了房间，房间里有很多免费食物——巨大的水果篮、饼干、酸奶等。||||缺点：入口处有很多醉酒的当地人，他们也呆在房间里——半夜喊叫，3个值机柜台，但只有一个真正在工作。员工英语能力低。房间里的噪音加热器。等了10多分钟才有热水。礼宾人员带我到房间，拿走了我的手机，打开我用来预订这家酒店的预订应用程序，在我没有询问的情况下就给了它 5 颗星。||很难找到出租车/出租车计价器。如果可以的话 - 使用滴滴。当地的出租车司机拒绝按计价器驾驶。

This is a typical 4 stars Chinese hotel which has seen better days||||Positive:||- No funny smells inside||- Clean sheets and towels||- Good and comfy bed||- A PC in the room||- All necessary things are in the room||- $8 breakfast. A decent selection||- Nice staff||||Negatives:||- The hotel and the rooms show their age||- It was very hot inside the room and the AC only had the HOT mode available. The staff offered to bring a fan when I complained||- Many rooms don't have windows facing the street, but the inside corridor||- No shops or entertainment around the hotel (except for some small snack stores)||||I'd say the rooms should be 15% cheaper to reflect the condition. There are nicer options in Jinan if you pay a bit more ($10-20).
