Holiday Inn Express Jining Cultural Center, an IHG Hotel

An excellent stay experience in this hotel the last time I travelled there on a business trip. Launched in 2021 so every facility and device looks brand new and gorgeous. Room upgraded at the front desk even it was booked by my company travel agency, which is great. Breakfast food is also recommended unlike other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend to come again!

Great service! Staff was eager to help me out with the A/C. Room was comfortable, view was great!

I never did a reservation or stayed in this hotel. I tried to call many times, but never got an answer. This reservation was a fraud with my name. Please identify who stayed at the hotel, as it’s a criminal.

Definitely a good choice if you are around this area or want some peace from the bustling city noises.

The staff at reception is not helping. They need more training. They don't responds to my complaints.
