新东方大酒店

安丘市里的标志性酒店，周围是商业区，购物餐饮比较方便。酒店装修的中规中矩，没有过多亮点。房间很大，白天光线不错。早餐的品种很多，这方面很不错。卫生收拾的也很干净，卫生间比较大，不会显得局促。服务也是标准化的，礼貌有余热情不足。

We had a long stay at this hotel on account of a two-week-long event we were involved with that was occurring nearby. We were part of large group of mostly Westerners who were probably a little culturocentric or even (hopefully only occasionally) obtuse, but the staff and management handled the group with grace. We were impressed by the friendliness and work ethic of all the staff. There is no doubt that the staff are encouraged by management to go to great lengths to make guests feel comfortable and at home. They were extremely accommodative to our needs and questions, of which we had many. They were patient with our complete inability to communicate in Chinese or grasp some of the nuances of the culture.||The restaurant has some good food (served buffet style) and there is a coffee stand with a proper espresso machine. Tea is easy to come by. They also sell wine and tobacco products in the lobby area. There is a fitness center and spa in a separate (attached) building. ||The neighborhood is not fancy but felt safe. It seemed like a great place for foreign travelers to get a good window into real Chinese life, as foreigners (or at least non-Asians) are probably not very common in the immediate area. There is a small park right across the street that was quite active, with people doing Chinese square dancing and groups of men playing various games. There are many small shops in the immediate blocks, pharmacies, banks, and a modern Walmart-like shop a block away selling groceries and many other goods. In general people in the vicinity were friendly with us and interested in trying out whatever English they knew.

由于我们参与了附近发生的为期两周的活动，我们在这家酒店住了很长时间。我们是一大群西方人的一部分，他们可能有点以文化为中心，甚至（希望只是偶尔）迟钝，但工作人员和管理层优雅地处理了这个团队。所有员工的友善和职业道德给我们留下了深刻的印象。毫无疑问，管理层鼓励员工竭尽全力让客人感到舒适和宾至如归。他们非常乐意满足我们的需求和问题，我们有很多需求和问题。他们对我们完全无法用中文交流或掌握文化的一些细微差别很耐心。||餐厅有一些美味的食物（自助式），还有一个咖啡摊和一台合适的浓缩咖啡机。茶很容易获得。他们还在大堂区出售葡萄酒和烟草产品。独立（附属）建筑内设有健身中心和水疗中心。 ||这个街区并不豪华，但感觉很安全。对于外国游客来说，这似乎是一个了解中国真实生活的好地方，因为外国人（或至少是非亚洲人）在附近地区可能并不常见。街对面有一个小公园，非常热闹，人们在跳中国广场舞，一群男人在玩各种游戏。附近的街区有许多小商店、药店、银行，一个街区外还有一家类似沃尔玛的现代商店，出售杂货和许多其他商品。总的来说，附近的人对我们很友好，并且有兴趣尝试他们所知道的任何英语。

酒店的位置还可以，在安丘这样的小城市算是挺不错的酒店了，周围还挺繁华的，有一个景点是青云山，就在不远。酒店的装修风格是比较中庸的，没什么特色，房间挺大，窗帘的质量很不错，很厚，床头柜设计很新颖实用，卫生间收拾的很干净，没什么异味。

这家酒店性价比太贵了，这个地方根本不值这么多钱。首先它的设计格局不合理走廊的房顶很低让人感觉很压抑。还有吃饭的时候不管多高档的饭让人感觉把饭一放吃饱就得活，吃的感觉就跟北京吃一碗5块钱的兰州拉面似得，一点都不规范。像如果你在北京花2000快钱住3星级的酒店，服务人员最起码会跟你说，您好，慢用啊，之类的话它的服务人员礼貌用语利用频率太低，而且也不说普通话，可能是地区差异的问题吧。如果在北京花2000快钱要是不喝什么酒的话不参加什么应酬的话可以吃的很好了。但是在这个酒店它坑死人了吃的一点都不好。在安丘当地还算最好的酒店呢。还有它的卫生也不好，服务人员的着装也不干净还有保洁人员施工的时候就拿个湿工服一档让人感觉脏兮兮的。

喜欢的就是服务态度好了，再有是装饰看起来很有感觉，即使我个人对装饰装潢是个外行，但是作为普通住客的角度，那种舒适的感觉我还是能体会的到的。我也不能确定酒店是不是在城市的中心了，但是交通状况来讲还是挺不错的，出去找个什么地方打车都挺容易的，因为是我主张和朋友一起过来放松缓解精神压力的，自然也是哪儿方便我在住哪啊。

看你有什么需要能及时提供，当时我的衣服脏了，正好有人在打扫卫生，她们拿来领洁净、醋什么的，让我很感动。房间隔音不太好吧，晚上别人回来的脚步声能听清楚。早餐比较单调，样式比较少，这个不是太好。位置属于繁华地段，购物和打车都方便，旁边就有一个大超市，大概二百米吧。酒店前面是一个机械公司，机械在酒店前面摆设，看着挺危险。

I have stayed in this hotel for almost 3 weeks, as part of a mind-sport event, that was held in the nearest city. ||||The hotel itself is a decent 3-4 star hotel, depending on which room you may get (I stayed at 1315 - really excellent!), but their service and accommodation is the best I may have ever experienced (and I am quite well traveled). I have never seen such dedication, and desire to help as I have in this place! ||||From money changing, to logistics, advice, or translation, anything and everything. Just wonderful. There are others who have been more descriptive about their similar experience, it's all true!||||Very recommended!
