房型較一般酒店房型都寬敞些 服務意識好 客房服務員名字鄭修什麼沒記住特別熱情 體現出星級酒店服務的水準👍不足：1.五星級酒店的早餐 有些拉垮了 這個級別該有的基本葷素菜都沒有 這一點有拉低檔次；2.裝修是早年的標準沒有USB充電孔能理解 但是一般酒店都配了多功能充電線 客人還是方便一些；3.床頭只有一側有插孔 兩個人都充電就無法滿足了 這一點不算大問題 只是入住感受從舒適度上不夠絲滑 略顯滯澀；4.溫泉餐既然是收費項 水準還是有提升空間 畢竟消費項目和買溫泉贈送的餐 客人心理期待不同；5.溫泉內汗蒸屋沒有汗蒸 不知道什麼原因 進去後就小石子兒坑是涼涼的 原本大汗淋灕的預期有些塌。總之 定價和級別高於實際硬件設施、餐食配置。

打卡第180城，上次住酒店还是疫情前的以色列艾玛小三千的酒店还不如国内三星，再看这家简直性价比超级高的酒店，住了一晚。【位置】离火车站3.9公里打车不到十分钟，在湖的西南角，酒店非常大，有温泉，有泳池，也能接待会议。【房间】卫生打扫不错，房间面积有35+，一楼可以看湖景，配套设施还可以不陈旧，床品舒适，有冰箱。毛巾浴巾吸水性好，卫生纸纸巾质量也不错，住一楼出去需要上下楼一下。淋雨下水舒畅水量充足。【餐饮】早餐热菜凉菜都还可以，中西式都有，咖啡不酸比较难得，羊汤烧饼是特色，晚上有烧烤在湖边价格实惠，有烤串凉菜热菜味道都可以，中餐厅做的也不错，酥肉羊排都挺好吃。【服务】点赞礼宾33号情商很高。酒店员工整体素质很棒

酒店距离火车站4公里左右，北门紧靠东昌湖，喜欢运动的话出门沿湖边散步慢跑都是不错的选择。酒店整体偏中式园林风格，温泉、客房、餐饮都围绕中心湖而建，清晨伴着蛙鸣而醒也是别有情趣。33号礼宾服务员主动帮忙提行李，很客气，服务意识非常满意、聊天中很幽默、可以看出情商很高。

聊城最好的酒店，酒店环境优美，非常美丽好喜欢，非常棒的体验，下次还会选择这家酒店，酒店里的餐厅口味很赞，挺好的一个短期度假酒店，太棒了，环境优美，有停车场、周边环境优美、设施设备齐全，酒店很有特色，喜欢这里的所有一切，外观很漂亮，周围环境酒店环境很好，干净整洁，设施很完善，保养的非常不错，这是一家必须给全5分的酒店，总之，这是一次非常愉快的旅行体验！10012工作人员特别热情，服务很好，很贴心，总体体验还是很不错，值得在这里入住！

We attended an annual meeting at Arcadia Hotel, which is the 5-star hotel in Liaocheng. It located in the south of the city, out of the business area. Taking car would be the best choice to go there. Everyone in town know about it, so if you want to go there by taxi, just told them the name and they will take you there very quickly. The service is good, the food is normal, nothing special or great. Some parts of the hotel is kind of dirty, maybe because some other meetings were held in here. It is a hot-spring hotel. I am not sure about the hot-spring services. Outside of the hotel, there is a middle size garden which looks nice and very quiet.

Nice rooms, beautiful gardens. The layout is maze-like and it takes a long walk to get to anyplace in the hotel. Breakfasts were good but very crowded and chaotic. Dinner was excellent with attentive service.||It was unsurprising much harder to get by in English than it is in Beijing, but the staff was very cheerful and helpful.||One word of warning - the hotel arranged 2 cars to take our group of 8 to a local sire and then on to the Jinan rail station on our last day. Despite earlier written assurance that credit card would be acceptable, cash was required. Also the price was much much higher than previously agreed to. I didn't make the arrangements so I don't know what the problem was, but we ended up feeling cheated by drivers who had up in a bind.

This is a Chinese hotel that is supposedly 5 star - very different than the large city chinese hotels i stayed in but the rooms were comfortable and my english - chinese translation helped alot. Only about 3 people speak english here but we managed to get through with the help of siri. My biggest complaint was that i requested a non smoking room, was given one, but is stank of smoke - so much so i had to sleep with the window open in the winter. I requested a change of room but was told this was typical non smoking and that someone had smoked in the room before - yes they had and it smelt awful! Other than this the room was a good size, restaurant for breakfast is fine with a coffee machine that gives acceptable coffee. Lobby is very nice and there are plenty of rooms with inter connecting corridors all over the place. Unfortunately i was not able to sample the spa at the hotel. The walls are thin in the hotel and i could hear my neighbor and upstairs throughout the night - being a spa i think there were a number of parties in there so it could get quite loud though not too bad!

Came to Liaocheng for a business meeting, and stayed in this elegant hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely done. Everything serves the comfort of the guests, good place to relax with family. If you have difficulty with directions, bring bread crumbs with yourself. Unfortunately, had no time to visit the spa. Next time...
