来这里非常的巧，我是看到在门口的墙上挂着很多青岛老建筑的照片，于是便走进了这里，前台的服务员是两位年轻的小伙子，非常的热情，向我介绍了客栈的历史，在客栈的前台大厅中就挂着一台液晶电视一直循环播放着客栈的宣传照，非常漂亮。|【位置】这里距离火车站非常近，步行也就十分钟的时间，在火车站可以乘坐2路、5路、412路公交车坐两站就可以，这里距离大教堂、劈柴院、栈桥、信号山等景点非常近，在客栈的旁边有超市、饭店、旅行社和一些酒店等，吃住行都非常方便。|【客房】客栈中有很多种房型，客栈有三层，还有VIP和复式房，这里每一个房间打扫的都非常干净，每一块砖头都让人感觉到怀旧风格，房间有独立的WIFI，家具都是实木的，设施非常齐全空调、彩电、沙发、茶几、写字台、蚊香、杂志等，在浴室中有24小时的淋浴，所有的洗漱用品也都是客栈专供的，有种低调的奢华。在院子中还有很多休息和玩的地方，一楼还有一个酒吧，里面也有很多娱乐设施，还可以K歌。

想不到青岛的老城区竟然有这么美丽的客栈，外表看起来没什么，里面却和世外桃源一样，简直就是别有洞天，而且地址位置超级好，离着哪哪都进！

Affordable & charming Qingdao Inn/Hotel||||When was the last time you stayed in a hotel housed in a 100+ year old building? 1903 Liyuan Hotel is in such a building with charming settings. ||||This friendly family operated hotel offers affordable pricing, free strong wifi, clean quiet room with comfortable bed.||||Don't let the entrance fool you! Once you have walked through the tunnel you will find yourself standing in the front court yard with flowers/plants and two large fish tanks there welcoming you. The office is up a couple of steps on your right. The big court yard is on the other side of the office. All the rooms are facing the court yard. They also carried (both ways) our luggages up to the 3rd floor for us since they don't have an elevator. On the day we left, they got the taxi to the front of the hotel, took our bags to the taxi before saying good bye to us. They made us felt like family!||||No need to tip - in fact the two young men who carried our bags up turned down the tips and told us not to tip outside of the hotel.||||Hotel is located in the older section of town with many restaurants, shops and mall within walking distance. Waiting taxi are three store fronts away. Two restaurants next door. Police dept is at around the corner hence see police cars parked outside of hotel.||||The family/owner bought the property and operating it as a hotel since 2014. It was originally a military compound then it was used as regular housing before it became the current hotel. There was still remodeling going on to add 4 more rooms when we left.||||We stayed for three nights in early January 2016. Would stay again next visit.

实惠而迷人的青岛旅馆/酒店||||您上次入住位于百年老建筑内的酒店是什么时候？1903 梨园酒店就位于这样一栋环境迷人的建筑内。||||这家友好的家庭经营酒店提供实惠的价格、免费强力无线网络、干净安静的客房和舒适的床。||||不要让入口欺骗了您！穿过隧道后，您会发现自己站在前院，那里有鲜花/植物和两个大鱼缸欢迎您的到来。办公室就在您右手边几级台阶上。大庭院在办公室的另一边。所有房间都面向庭院。由于酒店没有电梯，他们还帮我们把行李（来回）搬到了三楼。在我们离开那天，他们叫了出租车到酒店前面，把我们的行李拿到出租车上才和我们道别。他们让我们感觉像家人一样！||||不需要给小费 - 事实上，帮我们拿行李的两个年轻人拒绝了小费，并告诉我们不要在酒店外给小费。||||酒店位于城镇的老区，步行即可到达许多餐馆、商店和购物中心。等候出租车的地方距离酒店有三个店面。隔壁有两家餐馆。警察局就在拐角处，因此您会看到警车停在酒店外面。||||这家人/业主从 2014 年起购买了这处房产并将其作为酒店经营。它最初是一个军事大院，然后在成为现在的酒店之前被用作普通住房。我们离开时，酒店仍在进行装修，将增加 4 间客房。||||我们于 2016 年 1 月初住了三个晚上。下次来还会住在这里。
