標間內欠缺一個放置行李的簡單架子! 可以在衣架空間下方放一個置物的簡單架子!廁所玻璃門覺得多餘了! 徒增干擾，影響動線!淋浴們向外開，也是不良設計! 應該是向內開! 若是向內開就不會影響到地上的乾腳布， 也不會造成玻璃門上的水珠低濕了地面!

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

暑假比較多小孩/家庭客，住的是6楼，當天到酒店已經是早上04：00 多，漱洗一回係，07：00 多已經被門外不斷的開門/關門聲吵醒。 早餐在3 樓，好多小朋友在餐廳奔跑。比較危險。另外自助洗衣服務非常好，但大量家庭客在洗完衣服後過了許久也不取衣服，令到其他住客不便！有自助機械人服務，不错！

酒店房間乾淨整潔，早餐也一如既往的乾淨好吃，離青島西站打車也20分鐘左右，只是離機場很遠，若要商務出差建議考慮高鐵出行

The hotel is good for a short layover with the basic amenities. If you just looking for a place to stay near the sunac world and film museum in Qingdao west coast then this is the perfect location. The staff was really friendly and attended to my requests and even gave me a later checkout

一开始抱著試試的心態訂的，想不到超出預期的好！洗衣机乾淨！又續住一天！感謝前台小樊跟小爽！看帶著孩子給挑了樓層高点安靜的房間！孩子很開心！
