Very nice hotel. Very formal and spacious rooms. Clean and full of amenities. Wifi is free and pretty fast. The bed is rock hard and linen is definitely not of a high thread count. |I didn't use the restaurant or coffee shop facilities, mainly due to my client picking me up and us Eating out. ||The Hotel is about 10mins out from the main CBD area and shopping malls. ||Staff are very professional and service was excellent from my few interactions. English is spoken (or attempted) by all staff. ||During my two nights, there seemed to be a rather large government delegation stay there including military personal. I was told that is was a government preferred hotel. ||I found it nice and I would recommend it to business travelers. || |

I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the staff considering it's a local chain of hotels. Even though most of the signage is in Chinese, the staff is very helpful with its international guests as well. They speak reasonable English. The rooms are massive. The facilities are great matching to any international 5 star hotel. The breakfast variety is huge. Probably the best and the largest hotel in the city. Highly recommended for business and family travellers alike!||

This is the best hotel, I stay on my China trip. This hotel attends to every details I can imagine. In the room, there is fruit with real small knife to cut the fruit. Room amenities include five brand of toothpaste, wow, room slipper, toilet slipper, 8 bottles of mineral water, etc. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable with two kind of pillows. |Breakfast, full of varieties of food, local Chinese mixed with western food. The staff here is the most service mind group of people in China. I put my smeared reading glass on the table while eating breakfast. The waiter comes and ask " is it ok if she would clean my glass". Wow what a service!!! They even have machine to clean the glass. In public toilet, they is a note pad and pencil in toilet, in case you hv good idea while doing your business. Two thumps up for this hotel, very impressive. Oh p.s. The swimming pool use spring water!!!!

这是最好的酒店，我在中国旅行时住过。这家酒店关注我能想象到的每一个细节。 房间里有水果，有真正的小刀可以切水果。 房间设施有五个牌子的牙膏哇，房间拖鞋，厕所拖鞋，8瓶矿泉水等。房间干净，床很舒服，有两种枕头。 |早餐，食物品种齐全，中餐西餐混搭。 这里的员工是中国最具服务精神的一群人。 吃早餐时，我把沾满污迹的老花镜放在桌子上。 服务员过来问“她可以帮我擦玻璃吗”。哇什么服务啊！！！ 他们甚至有机器来清洁玻璃。 在公共厕所，它们是厕所里的记事本和铅笔，以防您在做生意时有好主意。这家酒店给我两点赞，非常令人印象深刻。 哦附注。游泳池用的是山泉水！！！！

As I was told that this is a state run hotel, I was quite surprised by the extraordinary services provided by the staff during our 3 day stay in this hotel. ||||Just a few examples, twice in a row in two days, my wife's used socks left in the room were washed by the cleaning staff, and placed on the heated towel hanger in the bathroom to dry. The cleaning staff actually wrote a short note apologizing for the taking the initiative without our consent.||||The first day when I went down to the restaurant for breakfast, as it was not very busy early morning, the manager actually handed me a warm plate, and introduced the different type of local food to me, as well as recommending what to try. Not only did he serve the food, he even personally brought the food being cooked to my table. All the staff at the restaurant were similarly attentive, which is so surprising even in a 5 star international hotel in China. One day, at the restaurant having breakfast, the waiter noticed that I got tired eyes, and he recommended what type of Chinese herbal tea I should have and made the tea for me. He even took my glasses to have them cleaned presumably in an ultrasonic tank used by the optometrist. How often does one get this kind of service when having breakfast in a hotel !||||Once we needed to get a cab at the hotel door. As it was peak hour and there was no cab to be seen, the doorman went out of the hotel and simply disappeared. After 5 minutes or so, a cab sped to the hotel door and out came the doorman. The door man literally went out of his way to hail a cab for us. That is great service. ||||The other outstanding feature are the facilities. I was very surprised to find that there is an Olympic size swimming pool (50 M) heated to 26C in the hotel. This is the first Olympic size hotel swimming pool that I have seen and used in China, including in major cities such as Beijing, Nanjing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shen Zhen, Guang Zhou, and Hong Kong. The adjoining gymnasium also has quite reasonable level of equipment.||||The room that I and my wife had was extremely comfortable, with fresh fruits ( and knife), as well as different varieties of little snacks replenished daily (free).||||Although the hotel is located at the corner of two busy main roads, it is actually not far from the Exhibition and Convention Centre, as well as the cultural hub of the city (museum, opera theatre, art gallery, library). These are all within 20 minutes of comfortable walking distance from the hotel. These modern architectures are stunning and well worth a visit if one has time. ||||One comment is the relative lack of Western food at breakfast. Since more than 90% of the guests are locals or Chinese, this is understandable. Perhaps the level of English may be somewhat lacking with the more junior staff. However, from my experience , I can't imagine guests receiving better service elsewhere.

当我被告知这是一家国营酒店时，在我们入住这家酒店的三天期间，工作人员提供的卓越服务让我感到非常惊讶。 ||||举几个例子，两天连续两次，老婆留在房间的用过的袜子都被保洁人员洗干净，放在浴室的加热毛巾架上晾干。清洁人员居然写了一张小纸条，对未经我们同意就主动道歉。||||我第一天去餐厅吃早餐，因为清晨不是很忙，经理居然递给了我一张温暖的一盘，并向我介绍了不同类型的当地美食，以及推荐值得尝试的食物。他不仅提供食物，还亲自将正在烹调的食物送到我的餐桌上。餐厅的所有员工都同样细心，即使在中国的五星级国际酒店，这也是令人惊讶的。有一天，在餐厅吃早餐，服务员发现我眼睛疲劳，就推荐我应该喝什么类型的凉茶，并给我泡了茶。他甚至拿走了我的眼镜，大概是在验光师使用的超声波槽中清洗的。在酒店吃早餐的时候，多久能得到这样的服务！||||有一次我们需要在酒店门口叫一辆出租车。由于正值高峰期，看不到出租车，门卫走出酒店就消失了。大约五分钟后，一辆出租车飞驰到酒店门口，门卫走了出来。门童真的不遗余力地为我们叫了一辆出租车。这是很棒的服务。 ||||另一个突出的特点是设施。我很惊讶地发现酒店里有一个奥林匹克规格的游泳池（50M），水温为26C。这是我在中国看到和使用的第一个奥运会规格的酒店游泳池，包括北京、南京、天津、上海、深圳、广州、香港等大城市。 毗邻的健身房的设备水平也相当合理。||||我和我妻子住的房间非常舒适，有新鲜的水果（和刀），还有每天补充的不同品种的小零食（免费）。 |||虽然酒店位于两条繁忙主干道的拐角处，但实际上距离会展中心以及城市的文化中心（博物馆、歌剧院、美术馆、图书馆）并不远。这些场所距离酒店均在 20 分钟的舒适步行范围内。 这些现代建筑令人惊叹，如果有时间的话非常值得一游。 ||||一个评论是早餐西餐相对缺乏。由于90%以上的客人都是当地人或中国人，这是可以理解的。 也许初级员工的英语水平可能有些欠缺。然而，根据我的经验，我无法想象客人在其他地方会得到更好的服务。

Booked in by the local team - this is a great looking hotel - big imposing lobby. Surprised by the wonderfully large rooms. Plenty of room and lots of thought has gone into the room and bathroom. My room had a traditional timber bath which was a nice touch....as was the automatic toilet - felt very Japanese.

The Lihua Grand Hotel is a very good hotel with the high level service. The staff are always eager to help, the rooms are big with nice furniture and very clean. The only thing bothering is low level of English there. It is hard to explain what you want to people :) but in every shift there is at least one person who can speak English so you can survive.

丽华大酒店是一家非常好的酒店，服务水平很高。工作人员总是乐于助人，房间很大，家具漂亮，而且非常干净。唯一令人烦恼的是那里的英语水平很低。很难向人们解释你想要什么:)但在每个轮班中至少有一个人会说英语，这样你就可以生存。

来出差的，网路预定了一间房，不一会就有酒店的经理联系我询问是否需要接我，让我出乎意外的是居然可以免费。来到酒店见到的服务人员都面带微笑非常亲切。房间也不错，据说是温泉水！自助餐包含在房费里感觉还行，还提供送餐。第二天退房速度有些慢，感觉不方便有待提高！总体来说还是非常好的，下次还来

酒店在新兴的商业区域，住的人应该挺多的。|酒店的房间很大，卫生间也不错。说几点比较赞的：酒店送了好瓶免费水；牙膏居然有5种可以供选择；马桶提供一次性坐垫；卫生间有电热衣架…太贴心有没有。就这几点，就觉得挺贴心，不错
