这家客栈300年历史，原是一位银行家的古宅，老板很好的保留了原貌，还细心的添加了许多美丽的装饰能看出来很用心的在经营也很有品位。前台小姐姐彩萍服务非常好也很专业，入住时给我们升级了书院房，还细心的给我们安排酒店接送和导游，一切都很顺利让我们这次的出行添加了许多美好的回忆。客栈房间干净整齐，每天还有服务员收拾，餐厅就在房间对面，环境优雅，用餐时还伴着两只小鹦鹉🦜的叫声有鸟语花香的感觉。餐厅早餐很棒，我们三餐都在那里，食物做得确实不错，我们都很满意。非常值得推荐给来平遥的旅客们

Perfect hotel for a visit in Pingyao, in the old center. This 280+ years old hotel is gorgeous. You dive in the old china and enjoy modernity in the same time ! What an experience. Poeple very nice, help you for every task you may need. I recommend for any stay in Pingyao!

If you wish to have a real taste of Pingyao Old Town, then this is the place to stay. A beautifully renovated courtyard dwelling conveniently located in the Old Town will take you back in time. The rooms are comfortable (- and heated in the winter) with classic furniture, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves a hearty breakfast, and a tasty dinner, both with a choice of Chinese and Western fare. Highly recommended.

The hotel was perfect from the moment we were picked up. The decor is charming but it has been renovated to make the beautiful old residence a very comfortable place to stay. The team, especially Julie were extremely helpful in every possible way and spoke good English. We were upgraded to a family suite and it was extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and the rooms were large and extremely well heated. Breakfast is very generous and extremely well prepared. They were able to arrange various tours for us and cars to the airport at short notice which was extremely helpful. We cannot thank them enough for their good service, generous nature and warm welcome.

Excellent hotel within the old city of Pingyao. Beautiful historical old building, but with all amenities. The hotel is just five minutes away from the main street of Pingyao. ||Very friendly staff...when we checked in they realized it was our son’s birthday so they organized a free dumpling class for us, got him a nice birthday cake and also gave him a gift. It was really wonderful of them.||Another thing to mention was their restaurant. The local food was delicious and we ended having dinner there in both nights we were in Pingyao.||We really fully recommend this hotel.

平遥古城内的一流酒店。美丽的历史悠久的老建筑，但设施齐全。酒店距平遥主要街道仅五分钟路程。 ||非常友好的工作人员......当我们办理入住时，他们意识到这是我们儿子的生日，所以他们为我们组织了免费的饺子课程，给他买了一个漂亮的生日蛋糕，还给了他一份礼物。他们真是太棒了。||另一件事要提的是他们的餐厅。当地的食物很美味，我们在平遥的两个晚上都在那里吃了晚餐。||我们真的强烈推荐这家酒店。

五月份和朋友到平遥旅游，一共订了5间房，酒店服务很好，疫情期间，主动到城外接驳，并提供行李服务。酒店古香古色，很有古城气息，餐厅也很有特色，提供中西两种早餐选择。|房间方面，全部在院子里，标准的中国古建筑风格，据说这家酒店已经超过20年历史，丝毫看不出岁月的痕迹，房间维护也很好。|店家很热情，前台服务也很到位。

Yide Hotel is a very authentic 300 years old courtyard hotel, combining the charme of the old, which is preserved with great care, with all amenities, including a modern bathroom, central heating and a great western breakfast (or of course a Chinese one, if you prefer that). It is located in a conveniently quiet area of the old town, just a 5 minutes walk away from the busy center, all the sightseeing spots, restaurants and shops. ||But as important as the actual premises is the extraordinary service! Julie from the front desk speaks excellent English and certainly went the extra mile to make me happy - and to get me into the Old Town in the first place. I visited Pingyao when traveling in China was still kind of difficult for foreigners. She provided all the information on what kind of documents I would be needing and passed them on to the local authorities before I even arrived. On arrival she accompanied me to the city gate and helped me to get registered (and in 😊). ||Needless to say that the hotel can arrange trips for you and organizes car, driver and also an English speaking guide (Jonathan was great!), if required. There are some very nice places for a day tour close by. ||There is a lot of construction work going on in the less touristy areas of the town. If you want to experience the until now still existing unspoiled flair of an old Chinese settlement don't wait too long with your trip. |
