Dongguan Dongcheng International Hotel

This is probably one of the top three hotels I've stayed at this year! It has super spacious rooms with an amazing view. Our room even had a small slide and tent for the kids to play in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The parking is free and well organized if you are driving. I recommend this hotel to families and business travellers.

設施服務相當不錯，五一假期也只是港幣650，算是良心價了。我訂房5分鐘到達，前台已經安排好房間，並且安排了水果，快靚正呀。

What a delightful surprise to find that there is a 5 start hotel in Dongcheng, Dongguan. While it has local ownership, I believe, this IS definitely an international hotel... and a damn good one at that. Lovely decor, very large standard room (55m), great service and excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend this gem of a hotel.

令人惊喜的是，东莞东城竟然有一家五星级酒店。 虽然它拥有当地所有权，但我相信，这绝对是一家国际酒店……而且是一家非常好的酒店。 可爱的装饰，非常大的标准间（55m），优质的服务和美味的早餐。 绝对推荐这家瑰宝酒店。

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I travel for business quite a bit to Asia. I had a meeting nearby and this was the best reviewed hotel in the area. The room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and nice room appoin**ent. I wasn’t able to get to the gym or the pool, so I cannot comment on that. The breakfast buffet which is included with your reservation was excellent. My onlycomplaint, and it’s a minor complaint is that most of the staff cannot speak any English whatsoever.

房間很新、寬敞、細心的預備了兩盒面紙放在浴室和床邊。有歡迎水果，也有牛奶和娃娃玩具送給小朋友。唯一不習慣是必須戴泳帽才能入游泳池，在香港、外國、甚至廣州的酒店也沒看過這樣的要求。

酒店環境設施不錯，職員服務態度很好，地理位置在市中心，方便出行，同行由於有老人家為了方便照顧，要求酒店安排相鄰，酒店都安排到位。

入住 貴酒店二天的體驗很窩心，遇到的職員都敬業樂業，用心提供服務，令人印象深刻。在辦理入住手續時，Rita(小周）主動幫我連結房間Wi-Fi服務，當查詢交通工具時，她先仔細了解我要坐火車班次和地點後，才建議了最好的方法，還說隨時有需要可發訊息給她。當退房時雖不在她上班時間，也特意給我提醒坐車訊息。在退房時，我查詢有關打的問題，有位張先生了解清楚我乘火車地點更主動幫我打的，令我趕火車的行程安心多啦。另外，因應我要求，十七樓的服務員彩姐幫忙提早送來牛奶和水果給我享受，當查詢房間空調問題，她還主動幫忙調節，更於約十分鐘後按門鐘問我房間溫度怎樣，是否需要再調。短短二天，我所遇到的員工都很貼心，衷心感謝他們💖💖💖日後如有機會再到東莞，再來下榻 貴酒店。祝 貴酒店業務蒸蒸日上，生意興隆、全體員工 工作順利、身體健康！
