翔顺花园酒店

My wife & I stayed at the Freely Hover hotel for 4 nights. The hotel has quite a grand foyer with nice clean and modern decor. It is only let down in my opinion by the huge brown chairs and sofas that look like giant liquorice allsorts! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, although my wife did all the talking as she is from Hong Kong so speaks the language. The room again was lovely and clean with modern decor and everything we needed. The air-con worked well which was great as it was 30 degrees outside. At around £32GBP per night this hotel was absolutely fantastic value for money compared to UK hotels! Finally a huge thank you to the housekeeping staff that phoned down immediately to say they had found my phone in the room just was we were leaving. That could have been a disaster!!

我和我的妻子在 Freely Hover 酒店住了 4 个晚上。酒店有一个相当宏伟的门厅，装饰漂亮、干净、现代。在我看来，唯一让我失望的是巨大的棕色椅子和沙发，看起来就像巨大的甘草品种！ 工作人员都非常乐于助人且友好，尽管我的妻子负责所有的谈话，因为她来自香港，所以会说香港语言。房间又漂亮又干净，装饰现代，有我们需要的一切。空调运转良好，外面温度为 30 度，这很好。与英国酒店相比，这家酒店每晚大约 32 英镑，绝对物超所值！最后非常感谢客房服务人员，他们在我们离开时立即打电话说他们在房间里发现了我的手机。那可能是一场灾难！

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Our room was very nice and quiet. We loved the huge pool and the hot springs. There was nobody else there when we went so we had it all to ourselves. The service was also very good, especially considering how busy the hotel was during the holiday. The environment around the hotel is very nice, but make sure to take some mosquito spray as there are so many mosquitoes around there. We did the hiking trail right next to the hotel early in the morning and really enjoyed it. It’s an easy hike, but enjoyable and the views from the top were great. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the food. The food wasn’t terrible, but the quality really wasn’t very high. Overall we had a great stay.

我们真的很享受在这家酒店的时光。我们的房间非常漂亮而且安静。我们喜欢巨大的游泳池和温泉。我们去的时候那里没有其他人，所以我们自己拥有一切。服务也很好，特别是考虑到酒店在假期期间有多忙。酒店周围环境很好，但是一定要带点防蚊喷雾，因为周围蚊子很多。我们一大早就在酒店旁边的远足小径上徒步旅行，真的很享受。这是一次轻松的徒步旅行，但很有趣，而且山顶的景色也很棒。唯一可以改进的是食物的质量。食物并不糟糕，但质量确实不是很高。总的来说，我们住得很愉快。

卫生和酒店的配套设施（有无限网络覆盖）比较好。服务态度比较好，一直都是微笑的，有事直接找服务员。房间睡觉舒适度很好很安静的，后面就是住宅楼像住在家里一样，装修的还可以稍微有一点点仿古性质。就在路边上还是很方便的，但是坐公交不方便，要是自己开车就可以。酒店有自己的停车场，车位不是太多。早餐一般。||

I stayed here for a few nights on business. The room was spacious if sparse. One neat feature was the towel heater/sanitizer in the bathroom. I encountered no staff who spoke any English, but I would imagine anyone who ended up in this neck of the woods would either speak some Chinese or be with someone who did. There is a convenience store just a 30-second walk from the entrance.||||Breakfast was an experience. Definitely worth trying. Roaming for servers have various dishes on tray and carts, and you tell them what you want. Everyone seems to be speaking at maximum volume, and in the open cafeteria style layout, it gets pretty noisy. Good luck with it if you're NOT with a Chinese speaker. Try the chicken feet!||||A stroll around the neighborhood is recommended. I found a cute little wine shop selling a 3L box of crappy California red wine for USD$100.||||The "highlight" was seeing that I couldn't open the closet door far enough to open the drawers because the slam-damper on the room door obstructed it. I got a good laugh out of it. This was after having to move rooms because my first room was reeking of paint fumes from the renovations underway down the hall.||||The view is of the local rural town. There's a river across the street that makes for a fairly pleasant evening stroll after dinner.||||I'm not sure there are any other hotels that International business travelers would find acceptable in Xincheng. The hotel is convenient and better than a LONG morning commute.

房间服务我觉得都挺好的。服务方面该有人的时候有人，不该有人的时候就没有人。房间需要打扫或者有什么事情，基本上一个电话过去马上就会有人来解决。睡觉睡的很香的时候或者睡懒觉的时候，在早晨的时候不会有人来敲门问要不要打扫卫生。环境挺好的，挺幽静的，隔音挺好的，虽然在路边上。房间的装修比如家更柔和一些，色调方面。墙面是黄色，就没有如家的那么醒目，那么深，淡黄色的。房间比较大，卫生也比较好。早餐不是免费的。餐饮的选择性挺大的，价格还可以接受。

这家是一家比较新的酒店，硬件设施方面还都ok了，我觉得软件方面都不如广州那边的，服务人员都一般没有什么特别的，卫生方面我觉得没有我们那边做的好，我住酒店都会留意一下物品的摆放，客房卫生每天都会有人过来打扫，但是死角什么的他们在这边做的不是很好，我觉得这边的前台服务人员不够专业，我当时问她是不是能延长一点退房的时间，他们说不能，我就和他们说...最后他们叫我1点退房，态度、说话语气给人的感觉不是很好，表现的很不专业，有待改进！！！！

价格很贵,不过很安全，环境卫生很好，早点也比较贵，不过在这里住店的人基本上都是外国游客及商务总裁类似人群。酒店服务态度很好!
