5 stars hotel with a fantastic swimming pool. the pool is clean and have hot water. the hotel location is far away from downtown, however you will have a nice weekend. the hotel room is clean and have buffet. the hotel ceiling is impressed.

This hotel is located in an area that is just developing called Nansha Coastal City. It is about 1:45 from Guangzhou Baiyun airport. The hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff are very helpful. We were there for a meeting, and it worked fine for that. The hotel announces that it has several pools, but on weekdays, only one of them was open, and the ones by the fitness center were not open. The fitness center is very good, with steam baths and the possibility of enjoying a massage at the spa (massage at an additional cost).||||The hotel has several restaurants, and we only used one where all our all-inclusive meals were served buffet style. The food is good, but after three or four days, the food gets boring as it is quite similar day after day. The buffet had a sushi section, a Chinese food area, some vegetarian dishes, and a few western options. ||||The room was very nice and large. I had a "mountain view" room that has a large sitting area with a desk, and a smaller area where the bedroom is. ||||The gardens and grounds are very nice, with paths that allow you to walk in the mornings. There is a promenade along the Pearl river with nice views of the surrounding area. There is a temple and a palace nearby that can be visited, but we did not have time.||||Others reviewers mention the hotel is empty. We were a large group, and we did not feel it that way. However, there were very few other guests. ||||The staff, although helpful, speak little English.

This hotel occupies a huge area and is nicely landscaped. The built up area is also large and that resulted in a feeling of emptiness. I never thought I'll complain about having too few guests but here i felt "lonely". Was there on wed to Fri and only on Friday some families trickled in to use the nice facilities. ||Gym was spacious and had many machines but only dumbbells. 2 treadmills on a mezzanine floor and a rock climbing wall rounds it up. 2 pools- 1 indoor of 17m long and 1 outdoor 27m long. There's also a children indoor playground and table tennis room. The gym is in an annex building together with the spa.||Breakfast and food from room service were pretty good for China hotel standard. ||Hotel gets 1 star less from me due to poor wifi speed and even 4G mobile data is slow, possibly due to remote location.||It is just beside the nansha ferry terminal which is the main reason for its existence probably, though i can see potential for group corporate bookings for teambuilding etc due to its large grounds. ||Like another reviewer mentioned, the downward sloping design of the wash basin caused water to spill onto the floor when water pools. Please be careful with water nearthe edge or place a towel there.||So it's a hotel with lots of potential which unfortunately did not build on it.

This hotel had the biggest room, biggest lobby, biggest restaurant and most importantly biggest swimming pool i've ever seen. So it actually lives upto its name of Nansha Grand. The staff were very friendly especially the restaurant staff. The room was splendid, they have really good bathrooms too. The food served at the restaurant was good, i had continental for a change and surprisingly was good. I arrived quite late at night but the restaurant staff pleasantly served me. The lunch buffet was excellent too. Besides the fact that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere everything else is Grand. But when you have such a large pool, recreational area including gym and an excellent restaurant then why go out?. I stayed then for over a dsy and still could not finish seeing the entire property. ..it is inded GRAAAND.

酒店位於南沙客運碼頭旁邊，但離中心區有點遠，坐車要大概十來分鐘，旅遊的話還好。酒店景觀很好，很多房間正對虎門大橋，是一大賣點。從酒店的硬件配套看得出以前是一所五星級酒店，但酒店有很長的歷史並且沒有很好的維護，設施的折舊很嚴重。比方說我入住的房間床頭的牆上就有明顯的塗鴉。還有就是先前其他住客也提到的管理問題，員工都沒有接受適當培訓，服務水平不乎合五星標準，前台服務員態度尤其差。總括來就這酒店只是南沙區沒有其他選擇下的選擇。

My wife & I enjoyed the restaurant for lunch and the pool for the afternoon. Lunch was well priced, a buffet and most enjoyable. Certain to cater for all visitors. The big pool was open with only a few other people there. We saw another closed pool with what were 2 ex-water slides. The grounds are so pretty, mostly well cared for and wheelchair/pram friendly. Remember, is very close to the subway & local street food is worth it.

我和我的妻子很喜欢在餐厅吃午餐，在游泳池度过下午。午餐价格合理，是自助餐，最令人愉快。一定能满足所有游客的需求。那个大泳池是开放的，只有几个人在那里。我们看到了另一个封闭式游泳池，里面有两个以前的水滑梯。场地非常漂亮，大部分都维护得很好，并且适合轮椅/婴儿车。 请记住，离地铁非常近，当地的街头小吃是值得的。

仗著五星級酒店的環境，每次在中餐館吃飯都讓人覺得菜色只有這樣嗎？當然消費依然貴！至於服務....我和朋友覺得下單的服務人員態度很差！||早餐更是每況愈下，近期住了好幾間五星級飯店，也許不能拿來比較，但是管理階層就不能用點心思嗎？麻煩參考一下别人五星飯店是怎麼做的好嗎？||退房的時候有人在櫃檯抽煙，卻沒有任何人去制止！？太誇張了！！

Impressingly large and empty hotel. A huge lobby welcomes you before getting lost on the way to check in. No staff to assist you with heavy luggage, but a lazy 'security guard'. After a slow but polite check in, 1 guy out of probably 10 staff hang around, asked to assist with the luggage.|Hotel is very well maintained and clean - rooms, hallways, facilities and restaurant. 1 restaurant (steakhouse) and the 'scenic cafe' appears to be permanently closed. |The huge garden area and 4-5 swimmingpools are also very well maintained - only to be busy during weekends with families and kids.|The restaurant has a good selection of international dishes a la carte or buffet - you will not leave hungry.|The bar is always empty, but I decided to go for a beer anyways. A local Tsing Tao with peanuts is 58rmb!! |The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere - the neighborhood is a construction site, so there is nowhere to go. It all reminds me of one of my favorite movies - The Shining - just waiting to meet Jack Nicholson in the bar...
