广州金叶子度假酒店

揀咗個獨立溫泉房間，一去到原來喺山上，每次都要行六七十級木樓梯，d木樓梯有啲殘舊，感覺好危險，房間亦都好殘舊，牆身有水漬，獨立溫泉浴缸都好殘舊，見到都唔想用，好彩隔離有個高山溫泉，可以免費享用！早餐好似食齋咁，冇乜肉食，食物種類唔多，第一日都有咖啡機，第二日竟然冇咗，酒店索性一桶咖啡，冇得選擇咖啡種類，牛奶係用奶粉沖，淡而無味！俾成千四蚊一晚真係唔係好值😫

房間設置相對較舊，房間有燈壞了，但總體還是不錯的。節日和家人過來的，週邊吃的也多，來了好多次了，還是會再選擇這里的。。

酒店位置非常好👍服務都不錯👌早餐食物都好，但酒店可能連時已久，看來比較殘舊！希望可以翻身得令她更漂亮吧！

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children. The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing. The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM.The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals.The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier.We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

我和我的妻子和两个孩子一起去了帕特拉。酒店的位置真是太棒了，从阳台上可以看到额外的山景。第一天晚上我们来得很晚，虽然自助晚餐即将结束，餐厅工作人员还是设法在关门前提供了各种餐点和甜点。第二天下午，我的孩子们整个下午都在游泳池里度过，直到晚上 10 点。早餐和自助晚餐非常丰富，我的孩子们都能找到他们最喜欢的饭菜。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。尽管存在语言障碍，但仍会提供帮助。我们肯定会很快在帕特拉预订另一个周末。

本人與於疫前2019多次入住酒店,所以再次訂房享受溫泉之旅，不幸地訂錯金葉子田園溫泉酒店，以致到店check in 時始發現不對，幸好有室外溫泉配套於碧桂園金叶子溫泉度假酒店，所以順道一訪酒店前檯查詢可否轉入住回酒店，酒店建築大致沒多大改變，幸運地遇到前檯負責人雷領導及金瓜瓜主管的專業溫馨安排才能入住回酒店房及半山溫泉屋以重拾回當年回憶，再次感謝金瓜瓜的親切支援及安排，希不久將來再次到訪入住相同的半山溫泉屋❤️

Wonderful experience. The tranquillity of the location combined with the quality of the hotel made this an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the mountains, the resort offers the perfect break from city living. There's an abundance of facilities to enjoy. Food choice is excellent with both Western and Chinese options available. The staff were helpful and polite. Highly recommended this hotel for a stay.

a big hotel, a bit old but decent. rooms are far away from each other. hotsprings are FANTASTIC!

酒店很大，有点旧，但还算不错。房间之间距离较远。温泉太棒了！

The resort was great, the people working there went above and beyond for us English speakers. The only problems we had were with the other hotel patrons that were rude. People kept cutting us in line for everything and had no manners.

度假村很棒，那里的工作人员超越了我们说英语的人。我们遇到的唯一问题是其他酒店顾客的粗鲁。人们总是让我们排队，毫无礼貌。
