Holiday Inn Guangzhou South Lake

Great hotel with such amazing service. My mom and son came with me on a trip and they were able to put us together on the 20th floor. Swam every day in their pool - at least 25m long great for laps. Gym with nice equipment and everything was so clean. Breakfast was very good and the dim sum restaurant was also bomb! My son (harsh critic of all things) gave it 5/5!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and safe. The concierge staff are friendly and they speak English. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremely cozy. Room service was efficient and the food was delicious. Dining in the Buzz restaurant on the 2nd floor was a treat. They have all sorts of delicious variety food to choose from and the ambiance was good. I am definitely coming back for more stays.

The hotel services were perfect. The hotel was clean and rooms were big enough for 3 people family stay. The staff were very helpful and especially the reception guys were very nice and kind. The location of the hotel was not so great because it was far from downtown, but you could use tonghe Subway about 1 km from the hotel to reach the city. In the overall review, the hotel was great in comparison with the money you paid. We have a very pleasant 7 days stay in the holiday inn south lake guangzhou.

Nice hotel, very clean, big rooms, nice staff, warm thanks to Kristal from front desk for amability, very helpfull, always smilling ! Best chinese restaurant, wonderfull breakfast, a lot of fruits. The view from 17 floor is stunning! Recommand this hotel!

酒店大堂簡約設計，櫃台職員Steve和Michael熱情周到，向我介紹廣州特色及嶺南文化。酒店自助餐出品多，食材新鮮，還有露天泳池面積適中，可惜落雨未能體驗到。下次來會體驗一下

一直非常喜欢假日这个品牌每次入住都会留下极好的印象此次来广州旅游毫不犹豫的又一次选择假日。地铁站有点远，但胜在离机场近，旁边就是高速入口。热情专业的服务给我留下非常好的印象入住期间虽有小小的“事故”，前台值班经理August第一时间迅速为我们提供解决方案并主动为我们升级了房间，还贴心的给了我们早餐优惠下次一定会再次选择假日酒店

I booked Holiday Inn Guangzhou South Lake rather randomly due to its location close to the airport, and I am so glad that I stayed here (instead of city center) because it turned out to be a wonderful stay, definitely among the best stays I have had among all holiday Inn hotels. ||All hotel staff were very professional, from the reception to the restaurants (breakfast and the Chinese restaurant), from the doormen to the housekeeping team, everyone was so nice and helpful. Their impressive service level far exceeded many InterContinental hotels. I had some demanding requirements during my stay and the receptionist (e.g. Ms. F. Zhou) was very patient and willingly took extra steps. I hope the hotel staff or the management team will see this Review so that they will know my appreciation for their excellent service provided during my stay.||The room was super clean and felt very brand new, I especially liked the open space design of the washing room area (e.g. room 1716), which can be connected with the rest of the room via two sliding doors. ||The hotel has a warmed outdoor swimming pool, which was very comfortable to get a dip even in the "cold" winter days. This is very impressive because even some InterContinental hotels in this region only have outdoor pools at room temperature. ||The breakfast was great and the Mr. receptionist for the breakfast was very attentive and caring. The Chinese restaurant (on the 3rd or 5th floor, sorry for my bad memory) had some very delicious dishes that I am already missing these days.||All in all, a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Guangzhou South Lake, which is truly a gem in the region. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

距離地鐵站有點距離，附近周邊的食店很多都沒有開業。酒店泳池是舒服的，看着白雲山的風景也是不錯。廣州東站過來，大約30分鐘。
