The process of securing the complimentary stay was seamless—after presenting my arrival and departure tickets at the airline’s hotel counter on the first floor, I was shown a list of available hotels on a tablet. Not knowing much about the options, I chose this hotel based on its appealing exterior. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the lounge area next to the counter, a hotel staff member arrived to pick me up. We took a shuttle bus from the second-floor departure terminal building. The ride to the hotel took about 10 minutes, but the lack of English-speaking skills from the shuttle driver made communication a bit challenging. Upon arrival, the hotel exterior wasn’t as impressive as the photos suggested, mainly because the adjacent mixed-use complex had vacant commercial spaces, giving the surroundings a somewhat eerie look. Despite this, the hotel itself was quite comfortable. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, although they didn’t speak any English, so we had to rely on translation apps to complete the check-in process. They also confirmed my shuttle bus time for the return trip to the airport the next day. One downside is that getting to downtown Guangzhou requires a trip back to the airport to catch a metro or bus, which is slightly inconvenient. The shuttle service runs every hour until 1:30 AM, which was helpful for late arrivals like mine. The hotel facilities were excellent overall, and the room was particularly comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which featured a well-prepared selection of both Chinese local dishes and Western options. The food was delicious and catered to different tastes. For those looking to explore a bit of the local area, there’s a street market and high street about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, where I enjoyed dinner and got a glimpse of everyday life in Guangzhou. It was a pleasant and culturally enriching experience. 路團入往這間酒店，房間Ok，晚餐在2楼食自助餐種類不多，仲點是拿刺身 三文魚 只得薄片 拿多兩片都不可以，廚師說三文魚很貴要三百多元1斤，所以不能厚切及多取兩片，還叫我們張就一下😅😮‍💨，所以大家不要對這家酒店自助晚餐有什麽期望😂大家來到就要張就一下🤣

Comfortable modern rooms with asian design and equipped with full automatic system 🤗a wonderful breakfast buffet with a lot of choices to start your day in Guangzhou .and a good location near airport with free bus shuttle. Just use online translation apps if there is any difficulties to communicate with stuffs. All are friendly and always ready to help😊 the hotel has located near big road so if noisy "curtains off" option and close shutters will help to have a good relax
