Staying at this 5-star resort hotel in Shuangyue Bay, Huidong, Huizhou was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with breathtaking views of the sea. The resort is expansive, offering a wide variety of room types, shops, spa, hot springs and dining options right on-site. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts numerous restaurants and convenience stores just across the street. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but a special shoutout goes to the general manager whose hospitality truly made us feel at home. Our rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration.The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. We're already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to return to this wonderful resort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious beach getaway!

The hotel was very nice. Clean and the flow of people was very well organised. The service was great. The breakfast was good. The only problem was that the fireworks lasted until 11 pm and it was very hard to put the little kids to sleep. Overall we enjoyed staying there and kids loved the pool and the playground. Keep it up

We loved our stay especially since there is everything to have fun in the hotel. Hot springs, Nice pools, beach, volleyball net, and even additional activities such as jet-sky, ATV or parasailing. The food in the lobby was great offering salad and pizza and western food. The breakfast was good too. Overall we had a lovely family time and would definitely return

Staff Luo on the WeChat provided timely answersProsLots of facilities for children compared to other resortsIndoor activities available during rainy day:ping pong, snooker, cinema, children’s play areaNice pool by the beachFireworks area at the beachMany helpful lifeguards Check in and check out was smooth Proper greeting upon arrival and there was some help with luggage after asking and waiting. But help was slow. Even though there was a big rainstorm, there weren’t any big leaks or run down hotel rainstorm issues. Spa available on 31st floor (but only opens if you book them) Overall good facilitiesConsEverything is A bit old and run down Lots of staff are newBuffet area needs to be MUCH MUCH CLEANERworkers seems sloppy and uncaringThere were no more grilled vegetables available at dinner and none available even when requested at around 8:15. (No it wasn’t)Is there music ( maybe )The operator was always busy when I called but to their credit they did called back. A 4 star hotel, with 2 star management/trainers which makes this a 3 star hotel. I think staff did try their best to respond, but upper management needs to pay attention before this becomes a 2 star hotel.

酒店整體感覺很好，很有度假感覺，很大，海灘一般，前台服務員可樂小姐工作態度認真貼心，回覆很快，晚上海灘可放煙花。點了酒店的海鮮自助餐，但食物很一般，下次會選擇其他種類食物。總體而言，會再次入住

It is always fun when we go there. All staff are very humble and eager to serve you. There is Chinese vegetarian food option for vegetarian people. Has amazing beach view from your room . Has many activities for kids and adult also. You can enjoy fireworks in night at beach. Total fun pack for your friends and family. Enjoy....

(本人一次訂兩間，所以評論內容一樣）本人帶著一歲女兒，與兩老及老婆打算過一個美好的週末，在這間聲稱五星的酒店預約了兩間海景房。在下午二時多時在前台check in, 前台說幫我們upgrade 景觀好一點既房間（但我們明明已經訂了海景房，已經算不錯景觀，但他這樣說就算了），不過他說要一點時間做清潔，那時已經感覺很差，但本著家人都渡假既心情就壓住情緒問道什麼時間會打掃好？他竟然就不一定，應該一個小時後，他還補充說可以先上房間放下行李等著。當時有點嚇到，什麼東西。。不過算了，只有等吧。上到房間，看著上一手吃完的橙皮，飲完的水瓶，一圍糟的毛巾堆，等到三點多都沒有一點動靜。。我就想打給客服問問是什麼情況，一拿起電話。。壞的那我過去另一間客房打電話吧，按下幾次0字，終於有人接了，我問他什麼時候會有人打掃？我一家都在等著呢，他說在安排，馬上會有。我反一反白眼說，好吧，再信你一次。等到四點多。。又是一點動靜也沒有，我一家人，有老有小孩像傻仔一樣等著打掃，我又再撥打電話，現在是怎麼回事？有人打掃沒有？她跟我說，你們可以下去走一走，做點活動，大概一個小時就會完成打掃，這時我真的火起了。大姐，我跟你們是book 了兩間房間，我現在帶著一歲小孩，兩個老人，跟我老婆，你都不給我先打掃？都算，你不會先打掃一間給客人先休息？現在已經是五點鍾，你這樣的服務這樣的回答是五星級酒店應有的嗎？我現在什麼都不能做，休息不能，游水不能，洗澡不能，沖奶給我小朋友不能。她說：嘿，我也很無奈，但會幫你反映，因為今天客人比較多，應該一小時後會打掃好。。面對這樣的回覆，我才要感到無奈吧。。我生氣到逗她，那你們會退錢嗎？現在5點多，你們還沒有打掃好給客人入住，一間都沒有！！！她竟然真的跟我說退房手續。。說這裡辦不到。。要到前台處理。。我真的氣炸了。。好一間五星酒店。。最後只有帶住無限憤怒，無奈，失望既心情去食晚餐，晚餐的質素也不值一提，但對比起他們的服務和態度，已經算是不錯。。直至七點半，回房間抱有一絲希望，這時終於見到打掃員的身影，但不是處理我的房間，在我苦苦哀求，說我帶著一歲小孩，有老有嫩，訂了兩間房間，一間都沒有打掃好給我們，他們才大發慈悲先給我們打掃一間，最後八點左右，終於可以進房了。由於我有一歲小孩，在訂房時，都備註需要一些嬰兒用品，洗澡盤等等，我看到這樣的情況都不抱什麼希望問著打掃主任有沒有這些東西可以提供？他不看我一眼竟然說，別人都是自己帶來。。好一間五星酒店。我知道你們是一家出名既酒店，遇上週末比較繁忙時，人手會比較緊張，但這些對客人來說並不是遲超過六小時還不能入房既理由，更不要說訂了兩間房，也不會先安排一間打掃好既房間給客人。我不會怪責前線人員，因為他們都很辛苦趕著打掃，真正需要檢討的是管理層，不會因應人數去安排人手，遇到問題也不會主動及適當去解決，這間酒店我不會再入住，也會呼籲朋友不要去。

復活節假期，我和家人一行9人在羅湖口岸包車到酒店，車程大約2小時左右。我們住了2晚，酒店服務十分滿意，工作人員有禮，有求心應。自助早餐和自助晚餐還可以，可以多加食物種類。房間清潔一般，可能近海潮濕關係，房間地板比較濕，房內有些插頭不能使用，角落位置也有灰塵，希望多加注意。其他整體也滿意，有時間會再來😊
