酒店位置良好,就在東山橋頭,一出酒店門口,就有公交車站,可由此站直接乖公交車58路直到松口古鎮(單程車費10元,車程約一個小時).在梅州西站(高鐵站)也有公交車到此酒店 : (1)在梅州西站坐20路到東山游船碼頭站下車(單程車費2元,車程約一個小時),再步行(經東山橋行過對岸)約20分鐘,便到此酒店; (2)在梅州西站坐22路到梅县新县城站下車(單程車費2元,車程約15至20分鐘),在同一站轉乖7路車(單程車費2元,車程約35分鐘)到東山橋頭站下車,再走幾分鐘便到此酒店.

Really great traditional style hotel, everything in great condition, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual Chinese buffet but it actually felt like some care had gone into it, including the chef cooking your noodles live. The only downside was the temperamental wifi. Other than that, thoroughly recommended.

飯店位置不錯，客房空間大，設備齊全，乾淨整潔，價格便宜性價比高。從飯店步行幾分鐘可到達客都匯、歸讀公園、親水公園。

来开会一週前才订、酒店服务人员、有礼处理事情有序、还免费升级房间、阳光充足、可坐房间內晒太阳、喝热茶小憩、安排下一个开会行程！价格不貴值得入住丶下回有机会还要再入住

到梅州出差，经常到联邦酒店住，这酒店在印象中至少开业十多年了，离梅江边很近，大约两百米，办事之余可以到那边去散散步，人不多，很清静。酒店的江对岸正对着大名鼎鼎的东山中学。近几年，酒店附近还开了客都汇，一家比较大型的购物商场，吃饭什么的都比较方便。酒店装修现在看来略显过时，但也算简洁卫生，老板据说是做家私出身，酒店床垫选得软硬适中，还比较舒适。房间大约两百左右一间，感觉性价比还比较高。

I stay there many times. I like the clean, bright , comfortable room, hot water, good pressure of water. clean towels, free wifi in rooms, the staff is helpful, even they do not speak much english fluently. They speak the local Hakka language. But they try to help, when I had a problem with the wires to connect to my computer. 2 lifts. A restaurant is open, even when arrive late in hotel, can get food. Bus station is 10-15 mins walk from hotel, for bus arriving from hong Kong, from Jieyang International Airport- where I come from many times.

我在那里住过很多次。我喜欢干净、明亮、舒适的房间，热水、水压良好。毛巾干净，房间里有免费无线网络，工作人员很乐于助人，即使他们英语说得不太流利。他们说当地的客家话。但当我连接电脑的电线出现问题时，他们会尽力提供帮助。 2部电梯。餐厅是开放的，即使很晚到达酒店，也可以得到食物。公交车站距离酒店有10-15分钟步行路程，有从香港、揭阳国际机场（我多次往返的地方）出发的巴士。
