Holiday Inn Express Shantou City Center, an IHG Hotel

We booked three rooms at Holiday Inn Express at ShanTou center. Due to change in flight schedule, four of my family members could only arrive after midnight. We requested the hotel to reserve the rooms at higher floor with quiet location so that we can rest. Mr. Vincy Li at the reservation depar**ent is very kind and considerate. He responded to our request immediately. His kindness made our stay a pleasant trip.The staff Mr. 陈荣森 is a polite young man. The aunty serving the Noodle Soup at the breakfast counter is very considerate. Each time, she will never fail to remind us to bring the bowl with care.Hope there will be two coffee maker machines as there are always long queue at the counter.

我们在汕头中心智选假日酒店预订了三间房间。由于航班时刻变化，我的四位家人只能在午夜之后抵达。 我们要求酒店预订较高楼层、位置安静的房间，以便我们可以休息。预订部的Vincy Li先生非常友善和周到。他立即回应了我们的要求。他的友善让我们的住宿成为一次愉快的旅行。工作人员陈荣森先生是一位有礼貌的年轻人。早餐柜台上汤面的阿姨很贴心。每次她都会提醒我们小心带上碗。希望有两台咖啡机，因为柜台前总是排着长队。

设施：有年代感了，房卡也曲的，房型呈Z字型，住這麼多年酒店還是頭一次，然後隔音一般卫生：整體還行，但停車場🅿️有垃圾味比較重环境：旁邊就是車道，經常有車按喇叭📣，半夜都會聽到服务：前台和清潔阿姐都主動熱情招呼早餐🍳都不錯，就咖啡☕️就贏多家酒店了，食物剛剛好，不會太少或太多，都是自助型式。

The room and bathroom is not big, the cleanliness is fine, location is not very convenient, basically have to take a taxi to get in and out The person at the counter who greeted me was friendly which was great

房间和卫生间不大，清洁度还好，位置不是很方便，进出基本都要打车 柜台迎接我的人很友好，这很棒

服务员及前台工作人員有礼，到酒店时已一早幫我们安排好房间，房闻也非常宽敞，乾淨。早餐質素及性价比高。

酒店很乾淨衛生，出入都要打車，整體可以，性價比高，有冰箱會更好，因為附近太多美食，能放水果在冰箱晚上當夜宵就更棒。

面積夠大，廁所亦很大，可惜我們訂了2個房間，只有其中1間有優惠價，差價有10%. 床如果是大一點會更好，標單人床有點小。

Very disappointing! Lost something valuable in the room, reception asked the manager to come over and she said we need to take care of our things more carefully! In our room! So rude! A very unserviceable approach. We Will never come back again.

非常失望！房间里丢了贵重物品，前台让经理过来，她说我们需要多保管好自己的东西 小心！在我们的房间！如此无礼！这是一种非常不可行的方法。我们永远不会再回来。

clean and full facilities (except no fridge, but it fine if you don’t have anything to freeze). good quality and tasty breakfast. good service and safety security measure :)

干净、设施齐全（除了没有冰箱，但如果你没有什么可以冷冻的东西也没关系）。早餐质量好、味道好。良好的服务和安全保障措施:)
