Mercure Hotel shantou High-speed railway Station

The room is very nice. So happy I was upgraded to gold member on checking in so the stay came with a free breakfast. It's not close to anywhere. Luckily we had booked a car for 3 days so it's ok. The lobby was very pleasant with plenty of electricity charging ports and a coffee machine for self-served ! Unfortunately the frig didnt work. If you want a cold drink, get it from the convenient store close by!

房间非常好。很高兴我在办理入住时升级为金卡会员，所以住宿期间还提供免费早餐。它离任何地方都不近。幸运的是我们订了三天的车所以还好。大堂非常宜人，有充足的充电端口和自助咖啡机！不幸的是冰箱坏了。如果想喝冷饮，就去附近的便利店买吧！

這次已經是第二次入住了，因為酒店位置方便，附近就已經有很多美食。房間內也有小度小度迷你服務，很智能化的裝備，兒子常常和小度聊天，吩咐他開關窗簾，播放音樂，玩過不亦樂乎。

酒店房間整潔乾淨，有聲控開関房內設施，但淋浴水壓不太穩定，時凍時熱，員工服務態度非常好，酒店位置較離旺市，到汕頭站或其他景點都需要打車，週邊有食店但選擇不多。

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly. The breakfast was okay, considering the selection of local food vs international food. Just eat some bacon, bread toast and coffee.

酒店很干净，工作人员很友好。考虑到当地食物和国际食物的选择，早餐还不错。吃点培根、吐司面包和咖啡就可以了。

距離汕頭站只是幾分鐘的車程，而且打車出入都很快有應答。酒店很新，設計有歐陸風，房間明亮，窗戶大，外望遠處高架橋，開揚。不過，自動沖水馬桶十二分大聲，有如打雷，夜半給同房、鄰房和上層房的沖水聲吵醒多次。隔音著實太差，隔壁開關燈的聲譽響、樓上拉椅、拉行李箱都聽到。總之，如果像我那樣容易吵醒的，就要慎重考慮是否入住了。幸好，我只住兩晚，否則多住幾晚，就會給弄到神經衰弱了！衛生間是沒有地漏的，所以我估計，保潔員是不會用水洗地面和馬桶，因而有一陣尿臭味+清潔劑氣味，這方面衛生要留意。

酒店非常近高鐵站，職員非常很好主動提供協助，而且外賣會有機械人送上房間，不用下去，退房後也主動協助寄存行李，會推介給朋友

酒店的服務很好，房間的環境也非常不錯，附近的美食選擇也非常多，有各種的火鍋美食，也鄰近高鐵站，下次過來還會再住。
