NillHotel facilities are getting on. Maintenance and service level has been neglected- with Lipton tea bags but no milk sachets included. Chamber maid refused an extra pillow that should go with an additional folding bed. Customers were refused "vegetable only" at a noodle serving bar in the breakfast room. Above is a basic level expected in a Western hotel. Customers are generally greeted with a smile first thing in the morning, but they were hard to find throughout the dining room. Staff service attitude should be reviewed by the hotel management to bring it up to an acceptable level. Visitors from Melbourne.
