Bravo Business Hotel

公司签约的酒店，每次出差入住。服务一般，房间干净，临街所以晚上会比较吵。大堂内有按摩馆，传统的中国艾灸疗法，所以进门总会闻到艾草的味道。

地理位置有点偏，不是很好找。|房间面积不大，里面显得很紧凑。|空调也很一般，房里的温度一直上不来。|距离蛇口港比较近，这还比较好。

We had a very bad stay there. We r ok with the rooms being too small and we know that once in China we need to know basic Chinese when speaking to locals. But we did expect the staff to know English. At least basic English that could answer basic guests queries. For instance; I had asked the receptionist if she could get me a taxi? She was clueless as to what I am asking for. As if I asked her kidney. Not even willing to help. I then went out and asked the security guard to get me taxi by doing dumb charades. Taxi is a very basic word they could catch if not the entire sentence. Ideally they should have tie ups with few English speaking drivers for hotel guests. Also, another big disadvantage is that they do not provide any room service apart from cleaning the room once a day. That means you can't even call reception to order food in your room. We had a toddler so it was a humongous task to even get fresh milk for him. First we had to find where is the nearest Walmart as local shops don't sell milk; not even long life milk. We had no clue where to get what. It would have been a great help if the hotel would serve food so we could hunt for getting a rented apartment. To mention they did provide breakfast for which we had to drag ourselves out of bed and get dressed and go to reception to get coupons and go to the restaurant besides the hotel. That too only until 9:30am. You starve or eat bread jam in your room. We were lucky to find a we chat group of Expat community who guided us during our stay. So one day we did manage to get there before 930 and all I could eat was the egg noodle. Who eats noodles for breakfast. And for my kid I gave him the scrambled pieces of egg from the noodle and yes some life saving congee. As that was something he could gulp easily. The congee did not have salt. It was another task to make the restaurant staff understand I need salt. Phew. So much for a breakfast. There was some white rice bun and other typical Chinese local dishes that we were not acquainted with. So did not eat as didn't know if there is any beef or pork in the stew. ||In short this place is good for locals or south East Asians who are aware of the cuisine but not for expats. If they want expats to come they should know basic English at least and start delivering food to our rooms. We booked this place looking at the 4 stars given to it. Hence I made my point clear in this review for expats looking to book this place. Don't go by the stars.
