深港酒店公寓

地理位置很好找，周边商业氛围也很浓，在前台办理手续的时候也方便快捷，三分钟就办理完毕，这一点确实挺不错。要了一间商务大床房，客房虽不是宽大但也挺精致，设施设备还是新的感觉，床垫据说还是用的硅胶做的，睡一整晚起来一点都不觉得腰酸背痛，确实值得赞一个，唯一不足的就是木有免费早餐提供。

总体感觉酒店的条件是很不错的, 一室一厅的房子, 房间有20多个平冈, 有个独立的厨房. 液晶电视, 空调, 冰箱, 洗衣机样样都有, 大床, 沙发也都比较舒服, 床是我喜欢的偏硬的类型的. 房间的采光和通风都不错. 觉得不足的, 一个是厨房没有擦干净, 有油渍, 另外打扫房间要客人打电话.

We checked in to this accommodation for 5 nights. They say the camera never lies, but in this case, it did. The rooms weren't exactly what we saw online. |However, it wasn't too bad a stay. The workers were so friendly although the language barrier. We held conversation using a translating app. You have to be patient for things like this. At times we would all find it funny and laugh together even though we don't understand each other's language. Seeing the staff smile and giggle was a good thing for us and in a sense we felt safe even though the negative reviews. From the security downstairs to the cleaners and the guys at reception. |The hotel was located in the centre of the shopping area. We enjoyed the meals at restaurants just across the road and shopping at the nearby malls. |For smokers like myself, this would be a great place for you. You could smoke anywhere in your apartment. The two rooms were spacious enough to fit five people. The toilet and kitchen was top notch and you could do your own laundry. |What a wonderful experience. It isn't a Five Star but there's room for progress. Overall a great place. ||PS: it will awkward at first with all the lights off, but you'll get used to it. They're sensor lights so they on when you walk through the hallway. No Biggy. Just a warning.

Stayed with Shengang for 2.5 weeks at their studio apartment and 1 night in their 1 bedroom apartment.||||The studio apartment has a lovely view of KK mall tall building, at night it lights up and animates!||||Both rooms was nicely furnished and clean with cooking and laundry facilities provided.||It's very private and modern. The building itself is very secure with 24hrs security guards and the location is fantastic. ||||Surroundings have many restaurants, bus stops, 2 metro stations around 10-20 min walk (Grand Theater Station and Science Museum), near many department stalls such as KK Mall and Citic City Plaza - You can find McDonalds and Burger King here. Enjoy 24/7 KFC nearby.||||The price is reasonable. Staff do not speak English.||||Highly recommend your short to long stay here!

If you are a westernised traveller you will find this apartment not to your taste. Apart from its good location in having access to subway station (Grand Theatre) and some nice western standard eateries, the rest are mediocre. Management and administration of this apartment is on Level 3, Room 317. Entrance to the apartment is tucked in between the Shanghai Bank buildings on Dongyuan Lu (road). Our taxi driver has no difficulty locating the area but was having difficulty locating the apartment entrance, so it is mentioned here for your benefit. It is actually easier if the taxi driver can drop you off on Hongling South road just pass the Dongyuan Lu junction. The security guard on the ground floor doesn’t speak English.||Room cleanliness: First impression the room felt clean, but average except the Kitchen needing some tidy up.||Room service: only mop your sitting room area and replace your towels and nothing more.||Kitchen utensil: Greasy and in need of cleaning||Cooking stove: dirty. You have to buy you own cleaning and drying materials.||Laundry: Provided with washing machine. This is one of the Plus in this apartment and save lots of hassles if you are living on your suit cases. This is also a balcony where you can hang your washing for drying but you have to find your own washing line. No ironing board nor Iron provided.||Bed: Hard as rock||Surrounding: OK but beware of loud music on Friday and Saturday night from the bar and nightclub close by.||Apartment management: Friendly and helpful with limited English.

Fantastic quality apartments! No corners cut here, fine furniture and better fitted than a lot of the other apartments in the same building. It's slightly higher in price but worth the extra comforts.||||Internet was just fast enough to run standard youtube over vpn, roughly 210KB/s.||||Came with kitchen - fridge, microwave and laundry||||About a 5 minute walk to City Mall where we had quite a few meals and about 10 minute walk to KK mall. Both malls have an attached train station.||||Staff even helped us get some Amazon deliveries accepted!

In the tech centre of Shenzhen. Place is clean and rooms are spacious. Green bowl restaurant does great food at a reasonable price. Location is good for business. Lots of places to eat. Beware the executive type restaurants. You will pay a high price in them. Just a short taxi ride from Hong Kong if you fancy a visit. If you are in Hong Kong you can get a tourist visa for mainland China in two days. Expensive though.
