My experience at the COLI Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk, Manoj and Mika, as well as the Guest Service Center staff, were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch; the state-of-the-art fitness center was perfect. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with luxury and convenience in mind. As for the food, it was a culinary delight. The chefs clearly have a passion for their craft, presenting a menu that was both innovative and delicious. Each meal was an adventure in taste, with fresh ingredients and beautifully plated dishes. Overall, my stay was delightful in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality travel experience in Shenzhen.It's great to hear you had such a wonderful time!

因為看林俊傑演唱會而入住的，地理位置十分好，從地鐵站到酒店和酒店到大運中心看演唱會都是10分鐘的路程，非常方便。前台的工作人員和經理都很友善，房間空間很大很整潔，有水果跟飲料。非常推薦到大運中心看演唱會的朋友👍🏻

Chose this hotel due to location - 10mins walking distance to the Universiade Shenzhen Gymnasium stadium (for JacksonWang’s amazing concert!) but ended very impressed by hotel service - they helped with taxi booking (as I was unfamiliar with the DiDi app at first), very helpful to make sure I was clear how to find location to book cab wherever I went, ensured I had taxi ready for airport, housekeeping always making sure our amenities supplied are refilled and sufficient - truly lived up to hospitality standards!! Staff were always friendly and served with a smile. I will surely stay again. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the bathtub much. Love that their shower area, WC and bathtub are all clearly nicely separated too. Hygienic!

The Coli Hotel in Longang, Shenzhen China is outstanding! The rooms are large and the amenities are very good. The front desk staff is very pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets are sumptuous! Everything from a traditional western style to asian foods are well prepared and nicely presented. Absolutely beautiful lobby. The gym is well appointed. I was really surprised when I entered my room and found a very spacious and luxury room,The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows perfect,I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

中国深圳龙岗凯骊酒店非常出色！房间很大，设施也很好。前台工作人员非常令人愉快和乐于助人。自助早餐和晚餐很丰盛！从传统的西式菜肴到亚洲美食，一切都经过精心准备和精美呈现。绝对漂亮的大堂。健身房设备齐全。 当我进入我的房间并发现一个非常宽敞和豪华的房间时，我真的很惊讶，床非常坚固，枕头也很完美，下次我在附近时我肯定会住在这里。

服務好，員工友善，由機器人送物資到房間的安排值得讚賞。入住時剛遇着颱風，但在房間內感覺很安全，全不覺風聲。但可惜自助早餐的款色不多

酒店的環境和設備都挺齊全，衛生也不錯就是床單有煙味，開房時已經說過不要煙房。中午睡醒起來全身都是煙味。服務有待提高。前台有個別職位比較高的女客服專業素養有待加強，全程沒有表情也沒有看顧客是一點熱情都沒有。我能理解人多，或者是你職位高。但是人多人少也是工作的一部分。我作為顧客還要給你陪笑臉這點感官不好。其他都還不錯

The Coli is a huge hotel with open lobbies and large rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. I had a great stay and will return. My only complaint is that the non-smoking policy is not enforced. During my stay I encountered groups of people smoking in the lobby and even inside the elevators. The management should take this policy more seriously.

Coli 是一家大型酒店，拥有开放式大堂和宽敞的客房。床很舒服，房间很安静。我住得很愉快并且还会再来的。我唯一的抱怨是禁烟政策没有得到执行。在我住宿期间，我遇到了一群人在大堂甚至电梯内吸烟。管理层应该更加认真地对待这一政策。

就近看演唱會訂的，房間整體可以，水壓很大，淋浴有些堵。自駕到酒店的，車就停在車庫，諮詢了離開時候到禮賓部登記一下就可以離開，這裡感受超級差，排隊登記時候禮賓部櫃檯有2位員工，一位是男的員工（不知道是禮賓部經理還是主任），一位女的員工在對接前面的客，男員工來了一句：有啥事？ 我：登記車輛離開，然後他一句話都不說就走到旁邊，以為他要幫我登記，走近時一句：她（旁邊的女員工），這是禮賓的態度？不service 客就不要突然來一句：有啥事？！跩到以為他是住客，瞬間反感。服务：禮賓部那男的，戴眼鏡的，態度差到以為他才是住客
