Reminiscent fame of the magnificent hotel with it's long history and pride as top accomodation in Zhanjiang is still there in spite of big chane is taking place here.To be honest, there are number of issues the hotel management is facing now and to overcome.I had very good stay.Thank you and 加油

Perfect hotel. Room very clean and good place to relax. Staff is super. They dont speak english so communication is limited but anyway always served with big values. Swimming pool nice but outsoor too cold. I rexommend this hotel. My favorite

Absolutely a 5 star experience. This is our third stay at this hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. All of the staff are very helpful, and we had no problems finding staff that speak English well. The hotel restaurant has excellent dim sum. We can't stay anywhere else now...we've been spoiled!

整體來說非常好，泳池好玩，房間舒服，我家孩子也非常喜歡，服務員都非常熱心，特別是小芳、水青還有小菊，門口幫忙的金貴先生也太細心了，真的非常感謝酒店給我們這麼舒適的體驗！下次過來還住這里！

前台接待入住的姐姐很熱情体貼，幫我升級酒店房間，在我晚上提出換房要求時也是迅速處理滿足要求，還有熱情主動幫我們提行李幫我們叫車介紹吃晚飯地方的服務生陳泉文哥哥也是非常棒的，每天供應新鮮可口的水果，豐富多樣👍是很值得推薦的五星酒店，以後再來也會首選君豪😃

I always stay in the Sovereign Hotel when coming to Zhanjiang for work. The central location is convenient, but most of all the hotel has everything you need. The rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable, luxurious even. The details function properly. What do I mean by that? The toilet flushes properly, the shower works and doesn't spray all over the place, the automatic curtains work, etc. It was well constructed and well maintained, which is not the case in many hotels. The best part about the hotel is that you can spend a whole day here without needed to leave the premises. There's a massive marble lobby with seating arrangements which are good for morning and afternoon tea meetings. The Chinese restaurant has good private rooms for lunch and dinner meetings and the bar on the 6th floor is a great place to unwind or even carry the meeting on after hours - especially if you ask for the dry friend chili snack, it's one of my favorites. Service here is friendly and they make an effort to please. I would recommend staying here if you come to Zhanjiang.

Stayed in hotel for 3 days, check-in was smooth as had local help for conversation with front desk, would have been difficult for self as no one speaks English at front desk.||Rooms were luxurious...I think rooms were the best part of the hotel, mine was on a higher floor with amazing view and very spacious. Washroom had a bathtub and perfect.||Now to the food part, to be honest there is very little for outsiders either in Buffett or alacarte. Only coffee available was espresso in the restaurant. There were very few option in the menu and out of them few were unavailable. English is a issue, they use there phone to translate and try to communicate.||Very happy with the rooms but food is a issue.||
