It was easy for this hotel to get the Hilton experience so right because it’s brand new, gorgeous, the menu looked and was delicious and the team were wonderful.||But what happens when things go wrong and your husband becomes ill and you need an ambulance at 3am?||The front desk spring into action and an ambulance is there in 15 minutes. |I am ushered away with the ambulance but I know that in my room there are several valuables and a lot of money and the door was not locked when we left.|Lucas assures me he will fix those problems and says just go . I will sort.||We have no mandarin/chinese. The hospital staff have no English…but Lucas and Kevin from the hotel followed the ambulance to make sure we were ok and were my saviours.||After we were sure they were starting to look at my husband Lucas drove me to the bank to get cash so that I could pay for emergency procedures to start. He then took me back to hotel to shower and change and pack room up and stored our bags.||Fast forward two days. ||Lucas is on a day off but has been checking on us and turns up at the hospital as we are trying to check out…failing miserably….he and our driver get us sorted and he then comes back to the hotel and sits with my husband while I again go to the bank with my driver to get more cash.|He ensures our bags are in our room and personally takes a room service order….remember it’s his day off!!!||How do you say Thankyou for service like this???||We left a thank you letter at the hotel but want everyone to know that during a terrifying time the Hilton staff made an enormous difference.
