Yangshuo Xingping Misty Wonderland Hotel

酒店位于兴坪的大岭头村，在山脊之上占据了一片视角绝佳的位置。房间很大，设施很齐全，在阳台的躺椅上就可以看峰林日出。酒店每天都会组织各种活动，比如看日出日落，采摘金桔，漓江徒步等等。酒店工作人员都非常热情，还有一条叫王子的金毛小奶狗很可爱。酒店到兴坪需要坐车十几分钟到大河背码头，再坐5块钱渡船过江到榕树潭码头。非常适合窝在阳台上放空。

This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve been and we travel a lot! The views are completely breathtaking and the service is second to none. We stayed for 2 nights and this was the highlight of our trip to China. We can’t express how incredible both management and stuff are at the hotel. The hotel itself it beautiful everything is immaculately kept rooms are very clean and modern with great amenities. The activists are authentic to the area and well put together, we would highly recommend The sunrise hike and both the calligraphy and the tai Chi. We definitely plan to make a second visit and have already told all our friends they have to go.

很喜歡這酒店的風景，真的美得像畫。員工很親切，服務很窩心，尤其是前台的主管，酒店管家，及私人度假助理(小毛)，非常耐心地照顧我和朋友的需耍及提問。酒店也很快回應及跟着我們的建議。更喜出望外的是酒店的特別服務員(一頭三個月大的小狗)，牠非常可愛，每天都主動迎接及歡送客人外出，是洒店最專業的一員。在我們入住其間，碰巧酒店舉行春節員工派對，有机會看了一回，也感受刭酒店的愉快氣氛。有机會一定再入住這酒店。

Great location for this property. The property rests at the top of the karst hill overlooking the karst scenery of Xingping town. It tries to creat a zen like peace and tranquility a d certainly having entered through the large wooden entrance gates into the manicured garden first impressions are great. ||Staff are helpful though lack the polish and training you would expect of a property in this bracket. One exception was Yao Yao who was our assigned personal butler. The hotel manageress also did an excellent job, even paying for our ferry crossing one evening out of her own pocket and refusing to take payment back. ||The property has been designed such that the rooms overlook the vista which is splendid however the oddity is the more expensive vlas have no view whatsoever and so if you want to wake up to the mountains, take the cheaper rooms. ||Our room was very well appointed with bamboo wood furnishings. Genuinely well thought out, large room with high quality feel. Our room was a larger type with a terrace which included two loungers and an outdoor table for two. Perfect for eating were it not for the ever present flies.....which are everywhere. ||Three stars - because the rest of the property is ill thought out. There is no pool. It is red hot and nothing would be more perfect than an infinity pool overlooking the mountains (one is apparently coming in a couple of years). Secondly the main hall - not sure what to call it - is a vacuous space where the hotel tries to entertain with calligraphy, wei qi and bizarrely a ball pit for kids. There is nothing else in this space which in any other property would be the most amazing space for a lounge with a relaxing bar area to relax. As it it.....it feels like an incomplete aircraft hanger with some poorly cushioned seats which are impossible to recline or sit on. And......the ever present flies. The fans are never turned on and so there is no circulation of air. ||The bar is another vacuous space that feels half finished and not surprisingly given the propensity to play KTV K pop nonesense complete with disco lights at night, empty. No cocktails. No wine by the glass. No relaxation space. There is also no gym and the yoga studio had to be moved from the perfect location overlooking the hills to above the bar because too many times we were told people walked in to take a photograph mid class. ||Afternoon tea was excellent. Food was of high quality, although again the single restaurant was another vacuous space with lights at 100% thereby creating a functional experience rather than a dining experience. ||Staff were on the whole excellent, hard working but really need a strong F&B, hospitality management team to pick up on the small failures. Tables for instance were never cleared as long as a guest was sitting at them - replacement cups of coffee for example were delivered but the empties never cleared. Result .....more flies.||And a last note re the flies.....the walk to the restaurant every morning was past two fly papers resplete with the carcasses of an ever increasing population of flies. Rather off putting before eating.||In a nutshell - great great potential but massively misses the mark. Go for one night for the view.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. I have to say it’s one of the best I stayed in. Room are big, confortable, extremely quiet. The staff is so efficient and friendly. Moreover have free cultural activities such as painting with Lijiang river stones, Chinese fan making. Will stay there again soon. Perfect!

This place was really nice, and me and my family have went there 3 times already, so I really recommend this place because its very "natury" and has a very delicous cafe in the afternoon.
