What can I say? It is beyond my expectations! The hotel is going to have a very good reputation for their services. I think the quality is on par with the grand and famous hotels. From the lobby, the design, furniture, and the interiors are excellent. You feel welcomed. The receptionist was helpful and offered a trolley because we brought a lot of stuff. The room? AMAZING! It’s not about the size, but the quality of the mattress, the pillows, the bed, and the towels; all the necessities are already provided. I’ve never felt so in touch with a hotel bed until I stayed here. It might sound like too much, but I’m honest! The housekeeping did a good job even though I didn’t request to tidy up the room. The location is just perfect, very close to halal restaurants, Starbucks, Watsons, and the shopping complex. It’s not too crowded because, for me, Baise is a smart and well-planned city. Overall, I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again when we come back. Definitely recommended to everyone!
